pumping Lugworm and fishing after a break in the weather, After all the bad weather we have had over the past few months it was nice to be able to hit the beach and try my luck. fishing is all about fun and relaxing and catching

I dig near where you do. The worms were so shallow yesterday I was either missing or getting loads of tails. How would you pump them when they’re like that? Thanks

Hi i find when they are like that all over the place all you can do is stick to 1 depth and keep going and keep going you will get misses and you will get worms dont give up

Thanks. Yeah that’s kind of what I ended up doing. Missed alot more than I got. But didn’t seem to matter what I did. I’d have a good run. Then get nothing again. But without changing anything. Everyone seemed to be struggling

Good stuff.. Can you do a vid showing your rigs sometime.. Size hook etc,. Just wondering do you use c hooks ever.. N a two hook clip down thats what the shop suggested I use.. Bass still not much about huh.. Just the 1

Interesting to hear you say the whiting like to feed on a high tide.. Are they any good to keep for bass bait.. ?? Cheers .. Bexhill sand looks good for worms.. Hastings seems to be a lot of nursery ones..

Hi jamie the whiting dont seem to last very long once they are hooked as for the worms they seem to be shrinking everywhere at the mo are you still up for meeting up at low tide 1 day next week

Hi its a live bait fishing bucket from decathlon £11.99 thats the cheapest last a long time and makes cleaning the worms easy
