Nelly opened a school in downtown St Louis for audio engineering and making beats. I was working at a grocery store downtown St. Louis (Culinaria) serving deli meat when I signed up for the school. I graduated and moved to Las Vegas with that degree and that's how I support my family. When I was signing up people told me it was a “fake” school and they won’t help you find a job. He got the best around the country to run the school. Carl Nappa (*NSYNC, Gwen Stefani, etc) Wyshmaster (I’m on a boat, brass knuckles) Alonzo “Trackstarz” Lee (right thurr, yeah by usher) all were teachers at the school. I knew all I needed was the knowledge and I was good because Im not waiting on anyone to find me a job. So I moved my wife and 4 kids to Las Vegas and now I’m working at 3 properties and helped build the new Circa Las Vegas. He also brought my cousin out to Drais and let him perform his single at his residency. I went out with them that night and he was courteous and inviting and I literally had the best night of my life.
I grew up a Nelly Fan and Supporter . I remember putting White 🩹 on my face dancing to Nelly’s music .
I’m blessed to be alive to see this Man’s growth . Keep progressing Nelly , Keep inspiring , hussle and motivating King 🤴🏾💎🙏🏾❤️💯.

I bought 2 copies of this CD. I scratched the 1st cause I played it so much! This is one of my top Rap albums! My son is 11 and he loves the album. That’s crazy to me! That’s shows how the album stood the rest of time.
Throw back to my memory of working Wherehouse Music in Ladue (STL) when this dropped and sending everyone out the door with a Nelly cd. I've never done or sold drugs but I pushed that cd for the hometown boy like I was dealing crack. LOL

Classic album!
That album fell into my hands when I was moving my furniture a few weeks ago. I had to grin :) This feeling when I was listening to his music back then...young, clubbing having fun...it all was there with touching this album. Today is a good day to put the CD in the player and feel the ease again.

This was my first rap cd, i got it after I heard ride with e on now that’s what I call music (I was 9!) my mom made sure that was my last explicit cd I bought 🤣 that being said, I know the lyrics to every song and this albums a masterpiece. All his albums up to brass knuckles were really good too.
