Where did you get the plastic grip for your iphone 12 promax? I've been looking all over and cant find the right one. The clamp that comes with the Gimbal is just a little too small and wont fit my phone with the moment case on, which is what I need to attach my lenses.

I always turn to your videos for an endless list of reasons but am thoroughly confused in this gimbal arena. I’ve never owned a gimbal but would like to start filming more on my iPhone 13 pro. I also have a moment anamorphic with an ND filter and a small rig cage/case.. thing is, I know there’s no perfect gimbal to accommodate a heavy smartphone setup but is there one that stands out to you that exceeds the others?!I was torn between the Zhiyun Crane 2 (which I know is probably overkill for an iPhone setup but I plan to get a Sony DSLR in the near future as well) , Zhiyun Crane v2, Feiyutech G6 plus and G6 max… I’m just all over the place now and cannot for the life of me make a decision. In terms of stabilization, which one you find does a better job? The Crane M2 or the Smooth 5? I shoot with iPhone 12 PM, Moment thin case + lens + filter adaptor + 2 lenses. Full pack. Doubting between these two gimbals for payload reasons. However, it would be very helpful to know how they compare in stabilization, and subject/object tracking. Many thanks! Keep it up
In the "old" ZY Play App, if you touch the 2nd Icon from the top, on the right handside, the one that looks like a camera with a line thru its lens and switch it's mode, the Iphone camera is activated.
Thanks, that was another great walkthrough. I've been tossing up getting this or the DJI OM4. The Crane M2 is slightly in the lead at the moment because can also be used for my mirrorless camera. Any idea how this performs with FilmicPro and/or Protake?
You can try Ulanzi Pt-4 universal counterweight. www.ulanzi.com/products/pt-4-universal-gimbal-counterweight-ulanzi It will not fit to Crane m2's arm right away, the clamp is 2-3mm wider so i wrap tape around the arm and it works fine. If you put your filter with Moment lens, you might need 2 sets of counterweight cos 1 isnt enough, i already tried with 58mm lens and 67 nvd filter.

BEWARE! We've tried connecting the Crane M2 to a Sony ZV-1, via 3 different iPhones. None work. All firmware is up to date etc. Works ok with a Samsung phone. Very poor all round.
the m2 phone older is not deep enough for any phone with a UAG heavy case. no fun to take it out to use the gimbal. Why not deeper fingers as an option.
If I can’t get mine to work properly it’s going straight back. I wish I’d read some reviews first. Why does the ZY Play app have so much negativity? Not impressed.
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME., for phone get the OSMO mobile. A litlte over $100. Then use this gimbal for cameras. Better than these instructions which feel like passing a camel through a needle.

how to select wifi m2 camera if your not on wifi or data ? thats the purpose of BT !! should default one time to know its a m2.

With my Note 10 Plus ( Samsung ) I'm having a lot of problems. videos with crashes, disconnection with bluetooth, this is disappointing
