if your really want to have the best wheels don't buy covers! go out and get some Alcoa branded 10 lug rims with a 24" low profile tire it's chrome aluminum not chrome plastic like the covers... you will be one of the only people in new york with them on a school bus! should have taken a bluebird vison or thomas C2! but it's all good! can't complain about the IC!
