I am able to access my browser now but when I go to RUclips it says ‘webpage not available’. Am I doing something wrong? It doesn’t seem to open any websites. All pages unavailable.

He should have mentioned that the first part is not for LX. The window feature is the worst feature from Honda. I have gone back to my car and have all windows down and I didn't press any buttons. Other owners have complained about this including this happening in rain and snow. As far as Honda is concerned, this is their best feature and you can't disable it.
I'm pretty sure it does as long is yours has the head unit like in the video. It's only the LX that doesn't have that head unit (I think the Sport in 2019 also did not have it but it has it in the 2021)
Do you have to have a car connected to a hotspot or Wi-Fi for the browser to work? Also how do you use the keypad for the browser? Also what trim level is this

best feature that wasn't mention that the rear view mirror has a night mode, pull the lever at the back down. Now those jerks that always have high beams on can't fry your eyes.
If CarPlay doesn't work like you expect, make sure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS. Next I would try some basics. Restart your phone, and restart your car. I would also try removing your previous connection. Lastly I would try using a different USB cable. One of these will usually get the job done.
Justin Fuller i already did everything. I contacted apple too but they said my phone was fine and the audio unit was the problem. But honda told me my phone was the problem. I even used my wife phone and still showing pixelation. We both have apple phone.
Idk if you tried but don't use the extension cable provided as it may have an issue with it. Try connecting directly with your own cable without the extension if it's long enough. Just a thought. I know how frustrating it may be. Good luck!

You only have to press and hold the unlock button twice for the windows to go down

I use a phone to create a hotspot, and then connect the car to it.

Browser works fine and it is connected to internet but youtube is not playing on this browser due to some incompatibility issues. Any suggestions?

You will need to connect the car to WiFi. You can use your phone as a hotspot to do this.
The live background has everything cancel out while driving

Instead of a usb, could I pull a picture off my phone to set as the background?
You can not.
You can use the browser to search up an image and hold down and then click set as wallpaper
