Thank you for the comment....two players could play with two switch joy cons (left and right), but the Tesla only allows two concurrent bluetooth connections. So, if you use your phone as a key, you would have to disconnect while playing. Here is a video on how to connect the Nintendo Switch Joy Cons: ruclips.net/video/pLhrkmJn9z4/видео.html
What most of these vides FAIL TO SAY is that not all controllers will work on the Tesla. In the video he is using an X-Box controller, and older one at that which means it has "Classic Bluetooth" which will work on the Tesla but if you updated your controller or purchased a new one they have "Bluetooth Low Energy" or "BLE" those will not connect to the Tesla. This is why so many have issues since almost all new controllers are BLE only.
Thanks for the video. Just so you know, the red controller in your thumbnail is the "core" controller with an extra middle button. This controller actually does not pair to the Tesla like your 360 controller does.
O my gosh I was ripping my hair out because I tried for the last 4 days and got different Xbox controllers they all didn’t work. Now I know it’s because it’s too new I guess
Haha. That is a pot on top of my fridge in my garage. It is always there, I just have a blur on the video to obscure some personal information. When I added in the cursor, it moved the blur. I had a similar issue with a different controller as well, but a reboot on the controller fixed it as well. GL
Hi, i have a question. When i pair my bluetooth controller (switch pro), tesla does recognize it. It says pro controller. When i click on it it doesnt connect like your video. What can i do? I hope you can help. Greetings from the Netherlands
Did it move the controller to the left hand list? How long between putting in pair mode and clicking on the identified controller. Sometimes they can go to sleep. Take a look at my other video on connecting controllers. It may provide some help: ruclips.net/video/pLhrkmJn9z4/видео.htmlsi=mEVtczhndBCXS0BN
This does not seem to work with the controller you have on the thumbnail, which is the xbox series 1 controller. You see that with the third button in the middle of the controller. The controller you use in the video only has 2 buttons in the middle.
"the controller with the third button in the middle with the up arrow will not work as of yet" Dang, this is the controller I own. Why will this one not work?
Starting a verified compatible wireless bluetooth controller list and links to the products in the description.
I see you put the joycons can you please show how you connect these? Can you two players play with two switch joycons?

Appreciate the heads up. I’ll add a supported controller list to the description.

Which types of Xbox controllers pair? Older than 1708?
XBOX one controllers...the one with the two buttons in the middle. The one that has the third button in the middle with the up arrow doesn't work yet.
2:55 this procedure magically loaded a pan onto your kitchen. I tried this too, but failed up until now 😢

Why would you put the Series S/X controller in the thumbnail knowing they are NOT compatible and will not connect?
I didn’t know it didn’t work when I made the video and thumbnail.
This didn’t get added to the model X. Why???
Should work on Model X. What controller?
@@TeslaModelYdahoNo. it wasn’t in the model X patch notes. I have ps and Xbox controller. It wasn’t added unfortunately. 😞
@@PassToPlay I wish I had a MX to test it on. Everything I search shows it should support. What software version are you running?

Did what you said on my model y not working
@AskGeno Xbox series x
Series X will not connect as of today. Super bummer. I have a list of all the compatible controllers in the video description.

Thank you for comment. That is correct. I point that out in the description and the follow up:

Doesn’t work with my Xbox Controller
Which XBox controller do you have?

Yeah. It’s a bummer. Possible something to do with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).
