Grew up with Ska in the 70s and 80s, now enjoying getting back to listening to this sound. So glad to have found this superb band ❤😊
20 years of loving ska. I'm a lover of bands like Less Than Jake, Rancid, Capdown, Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish, Streetlighy, Five Iron Frenzy...... How i never heard this band before??? I can't stop listening !!!

I just discovered this band, and I am in complete awe! This is a hybrid of Distillers, Rancid, and Joan Jett...3 of my top favorite bands. I am beyond impressed... The Interrupters are my new favorite band!!
I honestly have spent a few months since I discovered them thinking it was Brody Dalle 😂

These guys are a really good live band. Her voice has that Joan Jett sort of attitude. Yes, it's musically a punk-ska band, but if you see them live their energy is infectious. In Birmingham, AL, in front of a crowd that knew nothing of them, within a few songs they had the entire audience singing back the lyrics, doing extended vocal choruses to let the crowd learn the words and chant them back. They were almost as enjoyable to watch as the band they opened for, the Dropkick Murphys. Almost, that is. ;)

More or less 7 years ago they where supporting green day. I Remember the irritation, wanting them to Finnish the set so I can see green day. Now i barely listen to green day but started loving the interrupters. I would definitely go to a concert just to see them as the main act. Wish I had appreciated them more back then

right now at least three songs I've heard by this band are bang on the money for 2020 Whether its BLM, Fighting Lockdown injustice in the UK or for a better Govt in America. This old man who remembers the original Ska two tone movement in the UK is full of hope for you young uns.
