I watch a lot of shakey on RUclips and can't help but notice he seems bored when playing with others whereas his solo performances are out of this world.
no one i know of is too much like him unfortunately, Shawn James it good though. deeper voice, more of a bluesy/southern kinda vibe. definitely worth a checkout
Pat's bass playing and singing annoys the living heck out of me. WTF is he daydreaming about when hes sitting there almost always behind the beat, but the wrong way, being clunky and sustaining notes too long like its the "shitty bassplayer show", being too loud at times. I wish Alejandro would create a "B" band with some very seasoned players.

I think he's just filling for the regular bassist. He's a six string guy. Give him a break
id say its stylistic. Good sounding music is subjective and his off key/beat style lends to the atmosphere of the song.
