Looks so delicious. I had Haitian food for the first time in September 2020 and fell in deep love with the food, but especially pikliz. I learned how to make it and have a large jar of it in my fridge.
The plantain are beautiful! I remember when I use to get 20 for a dollar way back when, but today the price are ridiculous. Girl, you need to wash the plantain before cutting, apart from that you did real good!
Awesome, I've been trying my hand at yardi food Mummy style and I genuinely find I only have so few recipes in my dish menu, and I usually cook them basically usually just the chicken and rice to be exact coz I forgot or never knew how to cook da Beef, Oxtail and Curry goat, Lamb, and ting and ting. Now I'm single so I have to thank you guys for the getting busy pun di internet - truly helps a N out. All I need now is my money back to help motivate me get back into the dam kitchen. Loads of love Daverdines Kitchen. food look yum

Happy New Year Daverdine & Everyone!! I just wanted to let you know that i got the fryer for Christmas and i just made home made fries last night and loved it!!Thank u for the info & can’t wait to try all the other multicooker functions as well! Tonight i am making the fried plantains!! 🥰keep the recipes coming in 2022⭐️
I have a question once when we fry the plaintains and make cups and fry again. You said it will become crispy . Can we store the cups for few days without the filling or we need to eat right away
It works great for me . I had it for 2 yrs now . I got it from Amazon here is the link Presto 06003 Options Electric Multi-Cooker/Steamer www.amazon.com/dp/B00005OTXY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_RXVGH5363MT6AMD96842
Dear, no browning or soya sauce was used in this recipe. The beef was baked under the oven . The meat seasoning has tomato in it which also contributed to that color when baked 😊

This looks so delicious. How long did you take you to make it from start to finish?
From 25-30 minutes . You can bake the beef for less depend on your liking that will cut off the cooking time as well
I know it's an video but where can I buy the t-shirt.
They are custom made . I usually give them as gift to my customers
