I just want to thank those who watched my video. I know everyone's subscription feed is flooded with the new Canon camera videos so hopefully this was a nice change of pace :)
Very nice aesthetics on your videos nice interaction with the model and fantastic shooting location! Canon and nikon didn't worth our attention anyways !!!
But how is the autofocus when adapting this to the Canon R tho?? 🤔🤔🤔 lol jk jk 🙌🏽 Loved the comedy in this video. You guys were hilarious! I’m still waiting on new native lenses from Sony but it’s fun to watch these 🎥📸🔥🤣
LoL I love her personality. You should do a video on how to pose models in like different locations. Like poses that will be good on the beach, studio, street. Cause to me the prose might be different to the location.
That shot under the bridge was killer. Excellent stuff man. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge, you've helped me massively since I took up photography a year ago. Keep on producing excellent content!
Love those poses, and those clicks? absolutely loved them. I wud love to watch a video on posing particularly with this person. She is really intelligent and natural when it comes to posing!
yo this 135mm is something i didn't think i needed but dannggg... that shot where she was close to the shop window looked ridiculously good at how well it separated the subject from the background.
I’ve had my Sigma 135mm Art fe mount for three weeks. The combination of sharpness, quick & accurate focus, compression and smooth bokeh make this the best portrait lens yet. Produces amazing images on my a73 and the compression is even more impressive on my a6500. Sold my Sony 85 1.8 because I prefer the compression & bokeh of 135. Also prefer it to my Tamron G2 Canon + MC11 for the better sharpness and more accurate focus of the Sigma 135.
The only "bad thing" is it's a beast of a outdoor lens sooooo gooooddd but inside a house like a bedroom you struggle to get a all body shot. But good to hear o Got mine yesterday 135mm from this video
Ever since the first video I saw of yours I have found it informative and entertaining. I am an introvert too so that's why I can relate to your videos better. Please keep posting content. I love this video and the pictures are great. I really want to get this lens too
It was nice to see you shoot a non-model. Makes us appreciate the work models do. It was fun to see her learn as you direct her. One of your funniest vids! :)
Just bought the Sigma 135 f1.8 based on your vid. Astonished. I own a lot of high end lenses, but nothing with the sharpness of this lens!!! It’s razor sharp. I don’t know how Sigma could have accomplished this? Also, get a contract to photograph this model in the future. If this girl doesn’t shit herself up, she can become famous! Awesome girl. Incredible!
Absolutely really considering getting this lens now! I just want to truly thank you man. You have really helped me improve my photography. You are awesome for what you do. Thank you! Keep it coming!!
That lens is clearer than my future... Such a great video showcasing this ridiculous lens. Manny you're a beast, and keep featuring this model in your future videos, I like her vibe!
love the 135mm length for portraits. It takes some trial and error to find scenes to work with it, but once you do (as you Many clearly shows) it creates amazing shots. I was always an 85 person until getting a 135 ...but once I got that it's hard to go back. Love the look.
This one came together nicely. Glad to see the stuff under the bridge made it in here. Shows the capabilities of the lens and the depth/vision you posses as a street photographer. Great work!
Finally got a chance to put this lens through its paces. Shot a wedding today with this Sigma doing double duty, shooting posed portraits as well as replacing a 70-200mm for candids. It excelled. My new favourite lens, easily.
That scene jumped at me like a sore thumb as well. Could've stopped the video and reshoot after u spat it out in a bin or tissue and keep it in your pocket for disposal later or keep it at the pouch of your mouth first.
What a super model, her attitude was brilliant, she must be a dream to work with on any photoshoot, even amateur photographers could create some great shots with this model, she’s great.
Thanks for the video, still a pleasure to watch. Special thanks to the model who is not a model but she was just perfect not taking herself too seriously. Cheers from France!
So Mr. Ortiz... I want to invest on a new Bokeh master lens. So after watching this video now i'm torn up between the Sigma 105mm 1.4 or this Sigma 135mm 1.8. Which do you prefer
Wow… from what ive seen these 135mm lenses really start to shine when you give them room (ie when the background is open). Manny really seems to make the best of this focal length, amazing images! I want one NOW… :)
you're my favorite photographer man! love your videos!! by the way, you should make make a tutorial on how to to give instructions to your models, I think that's something I kind of struggle with.
First she is gorgeous Second you did show the professionalism that models show everyday. And the difference between them. I go through this with my wife at times. This is the reason why I never try to talk a model down from her usual rate. Because I want to get what I’m paying for in an hourly rate. I don’t want to hear it from a client for my work so I don’t do it to other creatives. And third......... she is gorgeous.
“I can see into the future with this lens.” That line so sums me up right now. Back when you released this video I watched this because your pics are 🔥 and obviously cuz Kayla is gorgeous lol but now that I’ve moved on from my Canon T6i to a A7iii, this video means so much more to me and I can see myself in the future, owning this lens. Thanks again for the content Manny. Keep it up! Oh and keep bringing Kayla with you sometimes too lol
Thanks for another informative video Manny. Agree, the compression on this lens is just special. I've been shooting for many years and one of my all-time focal lengths way back in the day was a 135mm - forgot how much I miss it.
Mine shipped yesterday:) Can't wait to try it out on my a7III.. I had a hard time deciding between this and the 105, i went with this because I may be able to use it for concerts/events!
Bro if photography was the rap game then you would be Krayzie Bone! killing it with your smooth unique style. I really loved the adventure of just finding random locations to shoot. So many of my shoots are like that and it always works out with dope captures.
Great review man. Much appreciated. I saw ur 105sigma and did not much enjoy the flare. The extreme weight of the 105 also made me go towards this lens. Thanks! 👍📸
I just want to thank those who watched my video. I know everyone's subscription feed is flooded with the new Canon camera videos so hopefully this was a nice change of pace :)
Omar Alexander appreciate it man
Manny Ortiz please the mirror lens cannon stinks my time is precious so I don’t waste it on it.

Aye I know her Manny! When I come up to Chicago I would love to meet you man!
LoL I love her personality. You should do a video on how to pose models in like different locations. Like poses that will be good on the beach, studio, street. Cause to me the prose might be different to the location.
I think that tutorial would be awesome!
X3
Holy hell, she's an amazing model! Her looks, attitude, and poses mesh together. Great shots, too! Loved the last one under the bridge.
Definitely need to use her again... Loving her energy
I’m a product designer, and just got into photography. DUDE, you are motivating me so much. Gracias player!
That shot under the bridge was killer. Excellent stuff man. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge, you've helped me massively since I took up photography a year ago. Keep on producing excellent content!
Agreed. I liked a lot of the shots, but that one was particularly great.
Amazing!
Drop dead gorgeous. The lens, too.

That last one under the bridge. . .AWESOME!

Good to hear, because I sold my g2 (kept my MC-11) to buy this

@@joaovieira3487 I mean no one uses a 135mm in indoor bedroom shoots😂
Great video! The model is beyond amazing: so funny, so natural, so well dressed and so beautiful. Must be a lot of fun shooting her!
Verdade, concordo com tudo.
You’re crushing it dude! Content keeps getting better and better!
Appreciate that Roberto p.s I left my job 😎
@@MannyOrtiz you mean the police? well done
You have a great eye. That under the bridge shot is sooooo amazing!

Beautiful model, great glass. You can't get those stunning images without a talent behind the camera. Great job, Manny.
What an absolutely gorgeous model! Wow
I NEED this lens 😭 its so amazing. I was astonished when i seen the first and second shots.
Absolutely really considering getting this lens now! I just want to truly thank you man. You have really helped me improve my photography. You are awesome for what you do. Thank you! Keep it coming!!
Love the chemistry you two have. Great job!!
Stunning glass / Stunning model 👍🏻
great use of a telephoto lens , ive got my fe version too and i don`t regret not waiting for the 105 art
That lens is clearer than my future... Such a great video showcasing this ridiculous lens. Manny you're a beast, and keep featuring this model in your future videos, I like her vibe!
The last Photo with the locks was killer!!
Ordered this lens today for my canon 750D for outdoor portraiture, cannot wait!
love the 135mm length for portraits. It takes some trial and error to find scenes to work with it, but once you do (as you Many clearly shows) it creates amazing shots. I was always an 85 person until getting a 135 ...but once I got that it's hard to go back. Love the look.
Last shot was dope
Loved the music for the shoot ...its relaxing yet animated
This one came together nicely. Glad to see the stuff under the bridge made it in here. Shows the capabilities of the lens and the depth/vision you posses as a street photographer. Great work!
Dont know how many times i have watched this vid since it was uploaded. If i need some inspiration then this is the one
You make all these lens work great idk which one should I get for portrait
Finally got a chance to put this lens through its paces. Shot a wedding today with this Sigma doing double duty, shooting posed portraits as well as replacing a 70-200mm for candids. It excelled. My new favourite lens, easily.
As much as I love you Manny, I can't believe you spat that gum out on the street 😭
Max Bling What’s worse is the chewing when speaking on video
That scene jumped at me like a sore thumb as well. Could've stopped the video and reshoot after u spat it out in a bin or tissue and keep it in your pocket for disposal later or keep it at the pouch of your mouth first.
Yeah. I was like gross. Great video and then super not ok.
Couldn't agree more. Just put it in a bin! Not cool and such a shame. Lost a lot of respect there.
I do feel a bit disappointed by such a justification.
What a super model, her attitude was brilliant, she must be a dream to work with on any photoshoot, even amateur photographers could create some great shots with this model, she’s great.
the lens brings the model to life
Oak Park! So fun to recognize where you’re shooting. Thanks for the review.
All these shots are sick Manny, wow awesome job!

Beautiful work sir! Beautiful music and production value too!
Thanks for the video, still a pleasure to watch. Special thanks to the model who is not a model but she was just perfect not taking herself too seriously. Cheers from France!
Favourite shot was the one with the single light 💡 in the window. Great video!
She looks a lot like Diana! Awesome video!
She's beautiful. The lens is amazing. The last shot was amazing!!!
She might not be an "official" model but she could be. Holy crap, Killin it Manny!

Wow… from what ive seen these 135mm lenses really start to shine when you give them room (ie when the background is open). Manny really seems to make the best of this focal length, amazing images! I want one NOW… :)
You need a battery grip together with that huge lens
you're my favorite photographer man! love your videos!! by the way, you should make make a tutorial on how to to give instructions to your models, I think that's something I kind of struggle with.

this lens is insane!
I thought you were shooting with the Sony until you said Sigma again at the end! Love this video, thank you. :)
That last shot ... print it on a large metal or canvas and frame it. My favorite shot from you so far.
Manny, you are awesome! Nice video!
I'm so jealous of that camera's autofocus system!
Great video and great shots man!
Great use of the environment! That lens is impressive
Superb video, I went with the 105, also a great lens.
Loved watching your shoot! The photos are so good and I love how candidly you interact with your models :)

Sony a7III vs Sony a7RII who the win?
Loved the photos, and the lens look fantastic,` the model is cute as hell too xD
Oh shit! I used to shoot catalogs for John Toomy gallery in oak park. And you were in the ally and in the front in this vid. Crazy.
Great review man. Much appreciated. I saw ur 105sigma and did not much enjoy the flare. The extreme weight of the 105 also made me go towards this lens. Thanks! 👍📸
Location, model and photos = NICE! Thanks for sharing.
she got an awesome vibes !!!
Damn, I want to see the world through that camera and lens and your editing...
Awesome images as usual Manny. Did you say at the beginning of the video that this was the e mount version?
Wow!! Amazing! Keep it coming bro, big fan from Seychelles
My dream lens... How behaves the A7 with that lens attached? Is it very front heavy? Your Videos get better and better 👍
