Sao Paulo is my favorite spot over RIO with Salvador and Brasillia a close 2nd and 3rd. But if you want to relax away from the hussle and bussle, go to Confins (Belo Horizonte) or Foz de Iguazu. The waterfall there is amazing and the hotel is 5 star. B

I live by the oldest rule in the book which is real "playas" get chosen so the goal is to put yourself in a position to get chose because when you are chosen you operate from a position of leverage.
