Oh, I realized it now. Actually that was one of the very very very few parts of the movie I liked. 10 years (or 8 I guess...) Sarah Connor was great, and I liked a little of her father relation to the T800, kinda like 13 years John's.
It's the grown up Sarah I hated, Amily is a great actress but sometimes that's not what it takes, in some cases the person doesn't fit to the character. No matter what, I can't reply Emily to what Sarah Connor represents, or her feelings, anything, that definitely isn't Sarah Connor.
The one from T2 who spent 13 years haunted by the future, her son and Reed's death was 10,000x more the warrior or survivor type than her which had all informations she could about the future and how to prepare with the T800 since she was a kid, but even though that she was still able to get late in shooting the 1st T800
