Once you realize Falafel is actually deep fried, you suddenly realize trying to find a good one is tough in Vancouver. So far I only know one place that actually give you deep fried falafel made fresh.... and that was 5 years ago before they closed down.
Yes! It's key to eat this fresh right out of the fryer. The longer it sets the dryer it'll get
As someone who lives near Vancouver its not that hard in my opinion but can be hard if you get a couple bad ones and don't wanna try any places again...a lot of places sell the same old generic (probably frozen) one I agree. Some places I liked in the past year I can remember Babylon Cafe, Mr. Shawarma Food Truck, Chefhyve.
?? So how do they serve it?
As someone from israel. I've never considered the option it wouldn't be fried and served right away.
Then how do other places cook falafel? I'm Jordanian. Here we have a falafel place in every corner and I'd kill to find one that doesn't deep fry! Trust me, pan frying falafel in extra virgin olive oil made it soooo much better.
I have amazing falafel 2min walk from my home and I have like 6 other within 5-15min of walk

You can also shred a boiled patato so that you can form it with your hands, also you won't need to add starch also will retain more moisture and won't go dry if you leave them in the fridge

Kulfi is basically like ice cream and it’s a very popular frozen dessert in Pakistan.last time we made _ and you know it’s my cheat day *beatdrop* first add whole milk,heavy cream,milk solids,sweetened condensed milk,and your _ mixture.mix all of the ingredients in a blender and the consistency should be pretty _. Lastly use a mould of your choice cause we will be freezing this,you can also put it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon,put it in the freezer for about 8 hours,enjoy……. *REPEATS*
