Hope you're all well and treating each other kindly 👍
I borrowed a 'Sunra Miku Super' bike for a couple of weeks and since I know there are a lot of bikers who aren't tuned in to the electric bike movement, I thought I'd try a fun vlog where I take the bike somewhere it probably doesn't belong... just for the giggles 🤭
It surprised me massively and I had a bloody good time!!!

Here are a few highlighted points about the Miku Super:
3 KW hub mounted dual-mode motor
Two Lithium-Ion batteries
50 mph max. speed
84 miles max range
4 hours charging time from UK 3 pin plug
UK Plug-In Motorcycle Grant (PIMG) approved
A1 License requirement - CBT from 17 years old (125cc equivalent)
Warranty:
The warranty period for the electric motorbike (excluding its batteries) is two (2) years with unlimited mileage.
The warranty period for the electric motorbike’s first-supplied batteries is three (3) years or 18,000 miles, whichever comes sooner

LOL, OMG! I wasn't even riding the bike but I was exhausted watching you go over all the bumps! Stuff that.
Use to peddle my push iron up there back in the 60's. Took my daughters up there in a rental car a few years back, we called in "The Roman road", good times, Good video.

Commuters could really benefit swapping their cars for one of these, or at least taking the electric bike to work most days and saving the car for bad weather and transporting lots of groceries etc. 👍
"saving the car for bad weather"....that would be about 320 bad days a year...on a good year.

What a fun little bike....I've been riding motorcycles since I was 6 years old and I'm currently in my 50's and I can honestly say that I would consider buying that as a cheap little run around.

Takes me back to my teenage years of pedalling up them crappy roads. After 10 years of living in Western Australia, I don't miss the crappy weather but miss the view.
Hi Kate, this was a great and a fun review. Nice to be able to creep pass horses on the road. Was that pothole lane you were bouncing down! Then you were caught out by an impact crater, and thankfully you were unharmed and the bike virtually unscathed. You picked it up easily, and it appeared to be undamaged. A great commuter bike.💗

Loved this, some lol moments on the cobbled/rough sections. Always great commentary and I'm definitely using 'tight as cramp.' Surely one of thee toughest tests this bike has been through. On a side note, I'd love to know how old some of those cobbled lanes/roads are. Great scenery.

Great video as always Kate. I was on that bumpy road on Sunday 31st of October on my Monkey bike with a giant Skull on the back. I carried on past the Pigeon Tower (nice little hill there) and bore Right, through to the Road that goes over the tops to Belmont. It was a fantastic Day in the heavy rain, like riding on a river bed, the water was splashing over my head at one point. A lad (Thai) came with us on a Suzuki 650, (a very brave man).

They're giving a range of 84 miles which isn't bad. That's a decent afternoon ride although EV makers are a bit naughty because when quoting these figures they don't tell you that they're based on urban mileage which is where they do best. Out on the open road you can virtually halve that figure, meaning that on this bike, you need to start looking for a charge after about 35 miles. Fine for most commuters which is clearly where this bike is targeted. Perhaps you could do a real world range test on a mixture of urban and open roads while you've got it
It won't do the quoted range, well maybe at 10mph all the way, I'd say 40 in general use

Electric scooters (admit it, it is one :-P) Just don't have the range for real world traveling. I do around 110 mile round trip for work, so I defo would need a better range to cope with it. Maybe a real world test with Urban, country and motorway would be ace to see what it does..

There are some anti water lenses covers for Gpro that cover the lens and rains runs off them. Maybe you already know, but just in case you didn't mate... great videos as always.

I like that. Little brother to the Robo S. Except I think it is 5cm longer than the Robo. But it's smaller in the other dimensions. I also think the Robo storage space is handy. I'm tall but have short legs so I might try both. I would feel more at home on a bike than a scooter. Although they claim they are both scooters.
Which would you rather have?
Hey! It's a tricky one as I really like the Robo S, but the Miku is just so funky looking, i'd have to go with it!

For commuting why not! You'd def end up saving in the long run.
Although for me the overall cost of electric bikes n how long they can go one charge and how long it takes to charge needs to improve.
