Got rid of my s20 2 weeks ago because the charging port was degrading. Seems like that's the idea. Kinda understandable for such an older model, but being forced to buy these over priced pieces of crap just to experience the same issues is criminal. Updates are needed within days of first startup. Development teams need to get themselves together and finally allow the people to get what they pay for.

Dirty port may be the culprit. Consider can of compressed air to blow out the port. Try different cable and charge block or even USB connection.

I have had a Galaxy S23 ultra for 8 months.
I saw a serious problem, when the battery runs out, that is, it completely runs out of charge, it is not possible to charge it, that is, you plug in the charger, but the device only shows 0%, even after hours on the socket.
I discovered that it only starts charging again when it “resets” several times, that is, you have to keep pressing the volume down button and the bixby button until 1% appears, pressing it about 4 to 9 times until it works.
I called Samsung and reported the problem, they said it wasn't a problem and I shouldn't let the battery run down and over time it would get worse until it wouldn't turn on anymore.
Easier to blame the user than to fix the problem, isn't it Samsung?
Do you have any tips to resolve this?

Please change your charger and then check. If that also doesn't help then please carry your phone to Samsung service center.

Broooooooooo, exactly I'm in the same shoe right now. its almost 11months I bought s23u, and today my phone won't even charge (can wireless charge though). Actually phone fell in water, but as it is a water resistant, it works fine after drying the water for about 1hr. But this time, my phone won't even charge, struck at 0% for hours.
Now what should I do to make it work it normally again.
Tried many things: water wash, tissue cleaning, vacuum cleaning, normal drying, blow dry (warm and cold air), kept in front of fan etc ways didn't work too)
      Did you get the solution?
