i think it would be cute to make an apartment for a neurodivergent couple who have different special interests, so they clash a bit design wise! like for the most part they enjoy a similar aesthetic, but for example one is fixated on rabbits, while the other loves an obscure sci-fi movie
You asked, so here's the pitch: there's a place in Tasmania known as the Margate Train where a disused steam locomotive and train carriages are premanently parked and the carriages now house little shops. I propose creating something like this in the Sims 4: a bunch of parked, repurposed railway carriages, whether as little shops, rental "cabins" or anything else you can think of. I know there are rails from several packs in debug/live edit objects and Horse Ranch even has a debug/live edit steam locomotive. For the wheels of the carriages you build as rooms I was thinking that using the little wooden minecart debug/live edit object from Growing together, scaled appropriately, flipped upsidedown and shoved into the ground (using the T.O.O.L. mod) to hide all save the wheels would probably do the trick. You could even build an old train station to go with it. I was tempted to build this myself (hence how thought out this is), but given my non-existant experience with the T.O.O.L. mod (or any other Sims mod for that matter), I suspect you'd do a better job at bringing this idea to life. I can already picture the overgrown rail tracks (which would be a good way to hide issues with debug fakery, now that I think of it).
I love this so much! It’s so cozy! For a build suggestion, I like the idea of a limited pack build with one of each EP/GP/SP/Kit. I’ve been so into the southwest/desert vibe especially since Horse Ranch, so I think it would be cool to combine Horse Ranch, Jungle Adventure, Paranormal, and Courtyard Oasis. Maybe something for a paranormal investigator/medium!
I love all the different brooms that's very fun❤ She definitely looks like she has too many things and the dirty mugs is a great touch. Sometimes when I try to make a Sim seem like they are cluttered or have too much I give them a little storage closet and then pack it full of stuff! Like a 2x1 space with a shelving unit in it just packed with things😅
I love it when builds like this pop up before Halloween!! But it's a pity that no one makes houses for aliens... I would like to see buildings based on characters from Sims 2. Maybe the Smith family? Something like that. Of course, you don't have to copy absolutely everything.
I think it would be so cute if you did a build that was a share house for a bunch of young adult witches with different specialities that all go to the same witch school. Also, this is such a cute build!

As a person who has a little insight in the gaming industry I am 100% convinced that those leaks are part of Ea’s marketing. It’s perfectly timed and just enough to keep the community talking. Actually quite genius if you ask me! 😂

I don't know if you've played much My Sims before but since we have the little statues in TS4 as collectibles I thought it could be fun to do tiny homes based on each character from the franchise, or "every room is a different MySims character" - you could base the colours on their outfits and the design on info about them on the wiki :))
I picture the witch constantly breaking or losing brooms and having to replace them- so the mop doesn’t work as a mop anymore, but she couldn’t find her other brooms so it’ll do. Fits the personality!
For some reason I keep seeing the front fence as sloth arms Hugging into the building. I love the idea of a sunny witch at Halloween though. I miss the sims 3 aspirations for "good" and "bad" witches. It was fun to play with.
That railing glitch is new and so very annoying! I hope they can finally fix the terrain paint issue soon though. :( I've left so many of my own builds without it for now because I'm tired of redoing it everytime.
I love the build! Could you do a home for a blended family? Like the mom has a kid from a previous relationship and the dad does too, and then there's a kid that's theirs together. I think it's pretty realistic.
