How much do you have in house savings in total? I want a new house sooo bad.
I had around 35 thousand but took quite a bit out when we moved back in November. You can always see what different options you have for financing there’s alot of programs for first time home buyers etc closing costs are insane these days! Ask for sellers assistance with closing if you do buy! 💕 good luck!
