with a bit or practice you can cook egg in stainless steel pan. By having the correct temperature, enough fat in the pan and the right technique. Especially omelette and scrambled eggs are easy to do in stainless steel if you know how to do it. Frying eggs that are not stired while cooking is a bit trickier.
Thank you for this informative video! I’ve been wondering and planning to buy a not non stick pan for a long while but I didn’t get round to do a proper research on it. Thank you for doing it for me .😉🙂
That Always Pan is def safer than nonstick, but it's crap! The clunky square handle and the big spatula opening that makes it impossible to get a good seal (why have a lid at all?). And since you have to use oil, it's not really nonstick. If you want to avoid nonstick coatings (which is smart), why not just go with cast iron or carbon steel? They last forever, they're cheap, and there are no mystery ingredients or gimmicky design. And if you're adding oil to a "nonstick" pan, you can learn to cook on stainless steel. It's not a mystery. It just takes a little practice.

Thank you Dr.
I didn’t know this and this really scares me
try to find a non non stick meatloaf pan that isn't really heavy. I don't know why this is true? I'm looking for a 1.5 lb pan and all are non stick.
I use glass pans and if something sticks I simply soak pan. Easy peasy 😊
I will give non stick pans a try
The Always Pan Pro has coating. Don’t fall for the marketing hype.

This review of the Ti pan exposes the truth about the coating ruclips.net/video/_Y3L2c__c0Q/видео.html. I think it's more marketing than anything
