John Williams is such a kind soul, and Amandla seems so genuine and excited. I really hope this fandom can rally behind them both and give this show a fair shake without presuppositions, without baggage, without toxicity. Most critique on Disney is about the writing quality, not about the actors. If the acolyte will be bad, It wont be because of the actors

I’m sure Amandla will be okay, given she’s grown up with the prequel, as a prequel kid, she will have learned to handle disgruntled and toxic SW fandom.

OMGosh, I’m a violinist too!! I started when I was in the first grade, so it’s been around 13 years I’ve been playing. I like to play pretty much anything, especially Star Wars compositions. My favorite to play is the Mandalorian theme. She plays so beautifully. Truly gifted❤️🎻
I love John Williams. She did fabulous with her violin. I didn’t know that she was a musician too. Can’t wait to see her in the acolyte. 🎻💚

Outside of the Sith oriented plot, Amandla was always my most anticipated aspect given this series was literally designed for her to be leading the charge. Not only that, but seeing that pic of her she posted with Darth Maul, her AOTC cosplay, her prequel love, as a prequel connoisseur, it is so refreshing to hear an actor of the SW family finally say the prequels was their SW. It was their intro, FINALLY someone who says something different and someone I can connect with in terms of my intro to SW myself!
