A traditional tone knob is simply a passive treble roll off. So with the bass roll off control on the Sensei the control layout is basically "volume, treble, bass" which makes so much sense you wonder why this hasn't been standard for decades now.
Just bagged one of these beauties. With the Chisels pups .. A true rock/metal machine..
With awesome tonal choice . The neck is so comfortable, and the ebony fingerboard feels
silky . My first Korina guitar and I am hooked.. Great bang for the buck . Kudos Reverend Guitars...

I got a Manta Ray. Love it & may get another of some sort. Really well made with great sound.
greatvanzinni Their site say solid body. How is the weight on these? It has a semi hollow sound like it is chambered.
greatvanzinni It's made of Korina, and feels quite light. More like an SG weight than a Les Paul (without the neck-heaviness). Very well balanced.
Reverb.com Interesting. My MR is also Korina as I think all of their guitars are. Solid not laminates. But the lightness suggest chambered while Rev's website say solid. I am pretty sure the RG Space Hawk is chambered. Hmm, Now I am off to their site!
I’m considering buying one locally but every demo I hear sounds thin and weak. Looking for sg Gibson type of sound but these lack in attack...sound like a muddy single coil to my ears
what would reverend say tthe dc resistence of this classic pickup? . . or can i buy this pick separately?
