    'Karanji' - A very popular dessert prepared all over India on the occasion of Diwali and other festivals. It is known as Karjikai in Kannada, Karanji in Maharashtra, Karachika in Tamil Nadu, Kajjikayalu in Andhra Pradesh and
    Ghugra in Gujarat.
    Though preparation of Karanji requires little extra time and efforts, it's taste is worth trying it. One major advantage of Karanji is it has good shelf life, it can be stored for weeks and can be used as dessert as well as snacks.
