- Side Pressure Training with World Champion Ron Klemba at his Arm Wrestling Gym.
Ron Klemba and Brandon Lanigan hit a few sets with us to check where our 2 rep maxes were at for side pressure and didn’t feel the need to push past my body weight 157lb. Focusing on raw horsepower and strength.
First Set 100lb
Second Set 125lb
Third Set 150lb
Breannas Set 50lb
Best session of 2021 to date. Angles worked. Arms sore. Lessons learned. Gains made.

I like how simplistic the design is
Is that exact weight....if so, thats some spectacular strength there!
I don’t know about the exact weight, but Sam is a multiple time U.S. national champion and he took 7th in the world @ Zloty in the 154lb class. He is a monster and he trains 30 min from where I live. Hopefully he’s there Mon.
