you forgot to mention that AI has also removed all the weather functions and you have a very limited Bluetooth range. this is actually a major downgrade from the original in functionality!
YEA THE WIFI NOT BEING THERE SUCKS BUT HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE ADJUSTMENT TO YOUR LIGHTS FROM WORK OR BEING OUT OF TOWN? YEA BLUETOOTH IS FINE.
nice video, thanks ... I just think it is very stupid switch from wi-fi to bluetooth ... I already run a "old" prime HD on my tank and I bought the new one to add because I figured that I can use only one dashboard ... this actually cannot happened because there are two different setting ways... I am very disappointed about this choice !
Nice review Guy’s, i really like the fact that AI improved the lens of the prime to provide better colourblend. Always have loved the prime for its nice design and ease of use 👌🏻.
but now you cant connect via WiFi you cant connect to your PC and now cant use the downloadable programs ? can you advise why this is , its a bit of a back step i believe and not a great upgrade at all i have found
This is probably a question for Aqua Illumination Nick, however, Bluetooth connectivity is becoming the standard on a lot of new products and I am sure that these lights being Bluetooth will open up opportunities in the future.

I have 3 wifi primes, how can I get the new Prime 16HD get controlled from the same program? It just appears as single Bluetooth device on the app.
You guys said it was 55 watt, but that's incorrect. It's a 59-60 watt.
