While I don't know much about fish or what sizes of tanks suit needs, I do find this tank itself incredibly boring. It looks so drab and bland, and I don't like the idea of having to connect to some smartphone app just to control the filter and lights. This has too many bells and whistles on it that it feels like it's meant to be flashy rather than functional, and the design as well is just so dystopian in a not good way. This looks like the Modern Version of a Goldfish Bowl, fit with the same Colorless Aesthetic a "Minimalist" Modern House has. No thanks.

These pico aquariums are only suitable for shrimp and a snail or two, they are too small for fish and to keep stable water parameters. I can’t believe you’ve put fish in such a small tank. You have just lost a long term customer by making a video like this. I’m disgusted by this.

Please explain why this is something you would choose over basically any other filter? I have to get in the tank for any maintenance?

I have had a Clarisea 5000 for more than 4 years and it still works fine. Changing the roll is fiddly but stapling the new to old and feeding it through is not too much hassle. I then just use a stanley knife to cut off the old roll off in chunks. It's well worth getting the fittings to plumb it in with flexible hose. The alarm is a pain because if the motor does not turn because your water is clean, it still goes off - almost every day!

I know this is 5 years old but it's a shame you never (EVER) seem to have the chamber 1 for a fluval EVO 13.5 in stock.

It would be great if they had it for iPads or iPhones. It says needs google chrome. What if I have a chrome app? Why won't that work?

I loved mine set on just blue channel, but they are very annoying as well when you set blue and white because of how the white leds are mounted you end up with one side bluer and one side whiter, it’s a design fault I couldn’t live with so went elsewhere

I want to used the filter in my aquarium how ever my water temperature has to be cold , my question is , does this filter warm/heat my water . Since the motor is under water? Does it change my temperature of my tank ?

I have the original bubble magus. The Large size. Putting it together was easy. It works good had it for over a year and my roll last at least 2 months. However change the roll can be annoying

Its great there are helpful educators like you guys - why the manufacturers can't produce a few videos to explain the spray bar, aeration, etc is irritating. If I didn't find this, I would still be fooling with it.

The PAR readings are off by 25%. The spectrometer function can't find two wavelengths 50 nanometers apart. Aside from pretty colors, it's really useless to a hobbyist. ITC will never mention its accuracy. It's a $300 toy.

Bought a Red Sea 1200 the motor in the drive unit broke replace it , water got into drive unit and fried the circuit . Bought a new one it never connected to the App , replace that one the new one never powered on and customer service suck . Waste of money it's an over price plastic junk . I will never buy a Red Sea product again . 👎🏾

How long was the actual molt

I bought the 900 and I’m happy with it but I hoped it would help with my bio-load in my grow out tank. But so far the water hasn’t cleared up since adding it 3 weeks ago. I’m wondering how long it will take to deal with my ammonia and clear up my water?

11 months on and ive hired one, but cannot see any data on their site from the community yet
