Yet another video telling us how to replace something without explaining why you replaced it or how to test if it needs replacing. Ugh.
I know why and didn't need my valuable time wasted with unnecessary chatter. Wanna know why it's being replace? The answer is out there. Research it.
@@kimberkimKC Are you complaining about the time spent reading my comment? I take it you are having a bad day.
@@KentDozier crap day and not complaining about your short comment. I was referring to time wasted by some content creators that go on and on eating up my data. I know, 2022 and I don't have unlimited? Shame but it is what it is.
How do we know it was wrong or need to replace..anyway we can test.
Pointless video if your not gonna help people troubleshoot this relay
My Samsung refrigerator has exactly same Compressor configuration with that Overload Protector you have shown. Where is the Start relay located that is trying to protect? I couldn't find it beside the compressor or the overload protector itself.
This assembly, what is the black connection that goes into the overload protector? Is that the relay? I removed the overload protector and I shake it and it sounds broken.. seems some stuff is loose in there. Can I just replace the overload protector or do I also need to replace the relay? I am asking because the relays that I see for Samsung models look nothing like what is in this setup, which is exactly like my refrigerator. Please help!
I have the same question as yours. Did you find the actual relay?
Same thing here, removed the OLP and sounds like it has something loose inside HOWEVER, ordered a new one and it sounds the same, also when replacing it, nothing changed except I nkw get an error on the panel saying "motor locked over rpm" 😢
How do you know if the problem is with the relay overload protector? or the start relay itself?
Hi, I just want to know what would happen if you replace an overload protector from another company refridgirator or from another larger sammsung model fridge....would it negatively affect the compressor and if so how ?
What if you have an extra wire ?
What color is the wire? What is the model number of your appliance?
@@appliancepartspros figured it out. Thx
