was just watching Mark McCann video around insurance and why the insistence on only new parts by insurance repairs is driving the rising costs - my old car cost £7k to fix through the insurance, when a bumper in colour was £150 from ebay yet they aren't allowed to use it, madness and great to see you guys doing this the most ecologically sound way, repair & recycle - the rest of the markets gone mad!

Chris you are a genius, very well explained you make a major repair look relatively easy. Not so, this is a repair worthy of a top notch body shop. Perhaps you could pass on your experience/expertise to an a keen apprentice.Excellent.

I love doing those works. It's the best feeling when you stand back and take a look at the finished work. The best part is when the painter asks where the damage is.
As usual a damned good job. Chris never take the short way with this. My old teacher always told us, that the devil is in the detail, and that we should remember this all the way.
    It pays of.
You won't be able to see a thing when this car is painted. It will be lovely and clear for a new owner.

Fantastic job as always guys. The foam within the voids helps to stop exhaust fumes from entering the car. There is an area of depression behind a moving car, the exhaust gases swirl about at a given speed & can enter the car. In the old days when cars were far more smelly it was a block of foam. As an apprentice I once spent a day crawling about in a moving Escort MK111 van trying to discover why exhaust fumes were filling the car after a body repair. The body shop had removed the foam to stop it catching fire when they welded it up!
