@@UnkleRiceYo the rules state that you cannot bring your non-weapon arm in front of ur weapon arm. it probably shouldn't be a card, but since garozzo was covering the target by bringing his arm ever so forward, the referee could make the call both ways, although it tends not to be called as it is usually quite subtle
