There's nothing wrong with using paper, it may not be as durable from a longevity standpoint though.

what do you use to strain your paints? Most createx seems to clog my airbrush...

Hey Lance! I normally prefer 190-micron strainers (amzn.to/3xTijOp). Cut up sections of panty hose also work well, and they can be rinsed and reused.
