Yes, provided the primed surface has been prepared properly to accept additional layers of paint. I would recommend using an AutoBorne sealer prior to applying your color coats though.
Hey Billy! I am good but have been extremely busy. I'm actually working on trying something a little bit different in order to get back to posting videos again. I'm hoping to have something uploaded for this coming Monday, but it may be a week from then.
@@wickedartstudio Glad to hear you are just busy and nothing is wrong in your world. I've understand, I've been lack on getting into my studio as well. Spring cleaning is taking a lot of my time here. I will be looking forward to new videos from you. Cheers!
Nice job. Definitely a Mater at your craft! Hahahah! Now... can you do THAT all over again, except try "stippling" or "crosshatching" with the airbrush for your "shading" techniques...?? I wonder if the two shall ever meet? All kidding aside, thanks for sharing, as usual. AWESOME Tutorial!!! Cheers!!
Stippling actually works very well with an airbrush and I do use that technique frequently in my artwork. I might just have to try a complete artwork using only stippling. I use crosshatching with the airbrush too, although I don't use that technique nearly as often.
@@wickedartstudio Oooof! Really?!? Wow!! Now THAT, I'd LOVE to see... at totally stippled airbrush piece. I seriously don't think that I've ever come across something like that... and I'm talking since "Boris" days. lol. Thanks for the RE. : ) Cheers!!
@@wickedartstudio Hahahahah!! Well, if anyone can do it, I'm sure you've got just enough of everything to make it happen!! Me? I'm sticking with my #2b lol. Look forward to seeing what y'all can knock-out. : ) And no, a "Coffee Cup" doesn't count... Oh, what the heck... why not? lol It was my very first attempt but found that "ink" was MUCH easier to see and finished MUCH quicker, too. : ) Will be watching. ; ) Cheers, Wholeness and Serenity!! : )
Hey Trevor. I was in an motor vehicle accident and I'm having to start over. My physical limitations are preventing me from taking most jobs that require stooping bending lifting etc. I was thinking of doing airbrush artwork to try to make an income. Is this something that is doable? I did get some money from the settlement, but not enough to retire on by no means. So I'm having to start over. Is this a way to make a decent income or am I just dreaming?
First off, I'm sorry to hear about the situation you're in. I'm glad you're okay and making progress. Your question deserves an answer that is beyond what I can offer in type form in my opinion. Shoot me an email at wickedartstudio@gmail.com with your contact information and I will give you a call.
