I used to detail (valeting) back in the early 90’s for a few years and many more people smoked in cars then. The difficulty we had trying to get rid of cigarette smell was almost impossible. We were working with basic wet&dry vacs and hand brushing seats & carpets with shampoo that wasn’t very good (often we used a strong tfr or apc) The worst I ever did this car had so much tar on the windscreen and headlining you could literally scrape it off with a blade! So demoralising!
Prices back then too was around £30-50 for the whole car to be done which took all day sometimes 2.
Detailing has come on a long way from then, the equipment now and cleaning products are amazing and makes the job so much easier compared to the garbage I used.
    Great job btw guys👌
    That was a tough one!

Do you run an ozone machine after you're done with the cleaning of the interior? I'm asking because I feel like there's no way the smoke smell is completely gone even after the deep cleaning.

So your saying if gummy stuff in the carpet I'm not going to get all of it out. Oh boy that's not what I wanted to hear. My late cousin gave me his father's Camry. There were two places on the carpet where driver is and also on the passenger side. What looks to be coffee or soda pop strain. Not sure which of two it is. The carpet on the drivers side front is worn badly. The other owners didn't use floor mats. I do use floor mats. The passenger front carpet isn't wore that bad. The back sit carpet looks pretty good. I try and keep my carpet vacuumed as much as possible. Oh by the way I liked the music in this video.
