Even though I’m a Texan quilter (east of Dallas), I have never been to this. I have never had any desire to experience the craziness of Houston, but I would brave it for this. Definitely on my bucket list!

Wow!!! I’ve only been to two shows in Sandy Utah and I’m sure you could fit those shows inside the show in Texas! Having said that I enjoy so much going to the sewing shows and seeing what everybody makes, all the things that are offered and yes I will be going again next year. Thank you for your video of the Texas show, enjoyed it immensely.

I attended the festival for the first time and loved it! I actually saw you with your children on Friday at the food court. It was exciting to see you in person. I didn’t approach you. Didn’t want to intrude on time with your children. Love watching your videos.

I went this year for the first time. I was in awe. Never seen so many wonderful items. Take 2 days. Can't see it all in 1 day. If you plan on going next year.

Hello. Thanks for the recap. I've never been to Quiltfest in Houston. I'm barely going to attend Road 2 California for the first time in January. It'll be my first quilt show actually. I learned of your channel through Macs footage of your quilt retreat. So can I crash on your sofa for next year's Quiltfest. Just kidding 😂

At point 6:48 you show the quilt with the funny paint names, is that a pattern? At point 7:24 you show a quilt of houses and trees, do you know what pattern/maker that is? I've really enjoyed all the videos and I saw you with one of my favs, Caroline Moore - today I received my 2024 block calendar and I'm looking forward to getting the upcoming advent calendar from her.
The funny paint names I think is just a one off piece. no pattern. The booth was selling the tools to make the applique circles. I am such a fan of Carolina Moore! She is darling to visit with!
