Which are your top 3 hikes/ trails in the Rocky Mountains? For a 1-2 night trip. :) thank you

For a first trip to a designated site I’d probably recommend Jewel Bay. Probably the closest to Calgary and a couple options for routes.
Point is another good one and is a little more remote down on the Kaninaskis lakes.
For a longer more challenging one nighter, luellen lake was great in Banff.

I've been a dayhiker since 2019, back then till Jan 2023 I'd just carry lots of weigh training for the day I made the switch 😂 day hiking with a 65l pack and 2 extra gallons of water for weight lol! Once I got gear I tested in the back yard like a week overall better my first trip! I've only been winter backpacked so far and figuring out my plan for next week.. had a great trip planned starting with the eclipse,l... but with current weather idk if I'm gonna chase the eclipse or head to NW/CO for some mountain backpacking like planned... only have a 0 degree setup atm... may try the white mountains if I chase the eclipse... just gor back from my 4th backpacking trip March 25th!

Man you started out right, got in shape and tested your gear. I wish I had done it that way LOL!

@BACKPACKERish didn't completely help, took a week to recover after my first overnight trip lol!! 😂 17 miles on snowshoes with 55lbs on my back haha! I did fall in love with it though
