It is unfortunate that this video will perform far worse than other Battletech videos released today that are preying upon the current drama in the community.
    Positivity doesn't sell.
Outrage, bullying, and harassment apparently are what draw views.

i know right... the current drama is juvenile and pathetic.

Hey man, I just started painting Battletech minis and I wanted to say, your videos are some of the most helpful and kind videos out there. This has really gotten me out of my painting slump. Thank you!

Thanks for your advices, you and a friend of mine have give me hope to see my 216 metal miniatures unpainted because I was afraid to paint any miniatures since my very first attempt that was a complete disaster 😢
I was so impatient to have all my miniatures painted in few hours🥴
And now, I am slowly planning to paint them all peacefully 👍
    Thanks a lot 😊

Thank you. They're adorable little monsters on the battlefield. Especially in Alphastrike.

These are dang lovely! Far better than my meager efforts! Really great work with these dang fiddly little gits!

I definitely do need new glasses before attempting more.

This is one of those instances where the Shrink Ray would be a benefical invention to have.

Those are looking good! Im particularly interested in your experience with rebasing them. Since they'so tiny, don't then have incredibly fragile connection points after rebasing?
It looks like in the original base, some kind of tab remains in there from cutting them loose.
With the bases being pretty flat too, dont you ever break any from just picking them up?
My plan is to rebase a few on other bases too, in 4s to represent inner sphere battle armor.

Thanks. They are attached to the base with super glue which is reasonably tough. I wouldn't toss them across the table but for general use, they're sturdy.

What would you use for ghost bears, perhaps a gray base with dark blue/med gray high lights?

    • @MechanicalFrog

I would go with a blue/grey mix with light blue highlights.

What were the actual contrast paint color names you used for the yellow, red, and grey shades?

Blood Red and Zealot Yellow Speed Paints. Citadel Space Wolf Grey.

Thank you. Right after I sent this, I backed up the video and saw the bottles just before it blurred out to focus on the miniatures.
