Right? TS4 needs some violence like it’s former versions! I really liked how you could get robbed in TS3, and it was way easier for your sims to die in that game as well. TS4 is being too goody-goody, and it’s great to see stuff like this!
HEADS UP: I had to remove the original video that was added a few hours ago because I completely missed one of the most important NAPs that there are - Sharing is Caring! Another thing about this NAP is the fact that you won't need to let your neighbors inside your home in order for them to freely steal your belongings. They will definitely come in uninvited! All 20 Neighborhood Action Plans are now included in the video 💖
Thank you for describing every one of the NAP. What do you have to do to have more than one at the time (example four NAP active)? Do you have to get them the same number of vote? Or every week you add one and after five week, the first disappear to add a new one?
I kind of think the Sharing is Caring action plan more promotes a sort of communal take on the neighbourhoods rather than a stealing/burglary type of thing! Great video though, super informative 😁

Hi Sims Community, what actually worries me the most is to know if this policies really affect neighbours behaviours. Do they? For example, I watched Sims around the new NAP board doing what the police enforces, but If I move to Oasis Springs for example, will I be able to see similar behaviours?
I just got a survey from the sims mobile I filled it out and I’m highly satisfied because it looks like they read and take in their comments . I hope you all can complete it :)

They recently updated it, but I don’t think they updated “sharing is caring” feature. Where sims come to your home and can steal anything including your stove, but you can’t take anything from their homes
I wish we could have more illnesses in the game and that one bottle of medicine can’t cure it and the illness can cause the life span of the sims. These would be really challenged 😎. Imagine if a sim have a flu and the household gets it, everyone needs bed and can’t to go work and school. What about diarrhea? everyone needs toilet and yeah sims wear a maskkkkk please!!!!!!
Will NAP affect older world too? Will that mean they gonna put those board in every neighborhood in the older world? Or that NAP is exclusive to Evergreen Habor, only the community lot can be place in other world.
The NAP feature will be activated in all the neighborhoods (in all of the worlds) - the only difference is that you can vote and repeal against NAPs only in the neighborhood you live in. Random NAPs will be assigned throughout time to all the Neighborhoods :)
I came to figure out how to repeal an action plan. It says I need votes and the person I asked said it’s super easy. I have a full household but it just lets me put in a repeal process but never do anything to actually stop it from happening
Does anyone know if you can repeal action plans in other neighbourhoods? I tried to repeal one in port promise as I live in conifer station and it didn’t work. :(

Getting fined without sims actually confronting or busting you for violating the NAP seems a little like 'the easy way out' again from game development. Things still seem to random and thats the issue with this game. There is no debt into whats happening around your sim. This system is good on the surface, but still holds that same technique as many other systems. Another thing. The violence plan isnt really violence, but another goofy and silly mischief thing. They shaked hands afterwards??? Oh boy.. so childish again.

It can be read either way which is why they phrased it that way. But in reality it’s stealing especially since they aren’t giving the stuff back
Well they stole all my tables, chairs and TVs out of my restaurants and community lots so I would say it’s burglary lol

The game will only let me repel but not voting. I don't know what to do. It says i have 106 influnce but i can never use them.
so if you drink "juice" will your sim still get a dazed buff? like even if the sim drinks a lot at a bar
