Bro...current board is full of previous government appointed members. They have so many allegations on them that they sold appsc seats. Examples kalingiri shanti appsc asst endowmnent commissioner. In 2018 some people got 75/75 in interview in group 1 interview. So current government want to completly abolish board for transparency in recruitment. So it takes time for govt to appointment new chairman and board.for that it is a wise decision to postpone exam.
