I noticed that I'm not stressed with all the inhaling and exhaling long breathes. This was very relaxing, calming and peaceful, which is exactly what I needed at this moment. I'm so excited with all of the things I've learned and applied so far from all of the teachers associated with quantum and meta physics. The more I do any meditation the more aware I become and the less frightened. Especially when ever everywhere we turn there's fear coming from somewhere. Why are we still subconsciously choosing fear instead of Love? I choose Love!💝

Love his Interpretation of the work of Jesus. You would almost forget where it came from originally. Thank you Deepak for reminding everyone of the ancient systems that anyone can access for free.
I really enjoy this meditation, and have been a fan of Deepak Chopra for awhile.
This meditation is particularly good for my style of meditation as Deepak sets it up nicely, describing how all things with 'self' are interwoven and affect one another. Then there is some calming background music to continue a silent meditation with your own breathing and thought (or not thoughts). Thank you!

I’m a bit confused. I’m new to meditation and the other guided meditations have been so different to this. I was expecting to hear a voice throughout the whole meditation and I kept wondering when he was going to talk which distracted my mind instead of helping me focus. The weird thing is my eyes naturally opened just a few seconds before the end but it wasn’t the usual gentle wake as others have referred to it, they just opened all of a sudden
You seem all wired up. You are not breathing deeply, the point is to calm your mind. Meditation is a very private, independent sort of practice to bring your mind and body together. Listen to your body. Let your thoughts come and go. You have to know, to master this is to find yourself.

Training my monkey brain is difficult. Several times during the meditstion I wasn't doing the mantra. But it is what it is.
Does this one keep gettin* intterupted by ads like some of the others?

This is not a guided meditation and it ends with an ad instead of being cued to awaken and return to conscious thought
What? There’s no cue to gentle wake from meditation?
You are not asleep, and this is not hypnosis. You can always "wake" back up. You are the one in control. No cue's necessary in this. It's a beautiful thing. RELAX and just go with it!
I have been doing the ‘So Hum’ Kriya with Art of living - Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji for years now. This meditation from you Deepak was a nice simple variation. Liked it. Thanks 🙏🏻 love n light.

There's no need to put that sort of "relaxing music" behind Dr Chopras's voice when one is meditating in silence.
Sometimes I agree, depends on my surrounding noises which it can help fade. You could lower your volume :+)

I'm an old lady, been meditating with Deepak since 1989. I like this music. You guys... just go with it. Stop fighting everything. My goodness! haha

Thank you Dr. Chopra! I am at much more peace within and around me! I’ve read your book 7 Spiritual Laws of Parenting and it has changed my perspective on life and relationship with my child. I also celebrate and appreciate you in the work you’ve done with inner city youth and helping them self-regulate. We need more of this!

I keep organically wanting to say it on the out breath
haha - another wired up person!!! Calm down, and breathe deeply, all the way into your belly!!! Try holding it a second and then resuming. The so and hum is to distract your mind Grasshopper. Just go with it. Stop fighting it. RELAX!!!

Love Deepak meditations but the abrupt endings are no fun. I enjoy the ones that Deepak brings us out of meditation at opposed to it just stopping.

I know, I peeked at the time wondering when he’d be back for me and it was almost over. Not my fave
I literally hated the electronic sounds at the beginning!
When it switched suddenly and briefly to the guitar music I was relieved but then confused when there was equally sudden silence. Then the silence goes on and on.
Checked my phone at last to discover the video was over!
Very poor quality guided meditation. Surprising and disappointing from someone as knowledgeable as deepak chopra!

this meditation is weird? starts randomly, doesn’t really properly end, annnnd it titled morning meditation but has nothing to do with morning??
How is this a meditation? There is so much information it’s overwhelming. This sounds like a lecture. It needs a different title.
