I wish I could find the links for the telescope as well as the camera lens that you used.!! Is it on Amazon ? Or ?
Amazing what can be done with an iPhone. You are the go to guy for this type of photography in my opinion👍👍
Cheers Dave
Amazing? I am disappointed tbh since samsung has done better than this for about 5 years
Am I right in saying the freewell samsung case uses mag safe if so what's the tripod attachment you have please.
Thank you for your really interesting videos! These really help! Can you shoot a raw image with that camera app that you use on here?
Cheers mate. Yes you can.
Hello, thks for your videos, they er very nice 😊
Which photography app (take pictures) would you recommend?
On the iPhone? Just the camera app. Its very good as is.
Great results with that, 🏴
Thanks mate
Hey man ! I dont have an iphone and I'd really appreciate it if you'd get a x20 scope and put it on the iphone and use max zoom on top of it . Id love a super close up of the moon like that. Pls respond
Will do
You can do this on any samsung since s21 ultra on the pro mode. You don't need the ai moon. Just use the 10x lens from the pro mode and take a photo of the moon. You can also use digital zoom up to 20x on the pro mode and that captures quite good real moon photos. Good in terms of a phone by the way but better than this.
Sure can
Could you please provide some sample photo?
I dont see any mention on the freewell site of using the long range macro as a telephoto by unscrewing to front element. Is that something you discovered yourself? Also the site says it’s compatible with the 1x lens but obviously you used it with the 5x.
They had some issues (which I havent seen on any of mine) with the telephoto. So they only sell it as a package with the macro.
You have inspired me. I am going to use my ShiftCam Telephoto lens with my S23 Ultra in Pro Mode and see if I can duplicate your results. Then, I'll compare that photo with the typical moon photo and see what kind of differences that I have.
Wait, do you mean Freewell or shiftcam?
@@ShayneMostyn ShiftCam
So, I tried my ShiftCam Telephoto lens over the Telephoto lens on my S23 Ultra. It does not play well with the 10X periscope zoom lens at all. It will not focus clearly on a subject, even when I try to focus using manual mode. The external lens simply throws that sensor for a loop. However, the ShiftCam Telephoto lens does improve the zoom clarity greatly while using the 200MP sensor.
I havent tried shiftcam lenses on the S23. Im not sure theyre cross compatible.
@ShayneMostynMobilePhotography Yeah, I know that you can use the Telephoto lens on top of the Telephoto lens on the IPhone 15 Pro Max with no issues whatsoever. But, it's not the same on the S23 Ultra, which bums me out a bit.
Just tried the Freewell 1.7 tp on my S23 Ultra. Main x1 lens is fine but it is pretty useless (very cloudy .. soft focus) with the S23 x10 periscope camera. Freewell told me today it's not optimized for that x10 camera. Also my Freewell long range macro lens doesn't have that outer lens. Must have changed the design.
Looks like Freewell doesn't make anything for a Pixel ... damn!
Always a hard thing for companies to make things for all of the androids. Its one of those things.
Disappointed in the iphone
Wow fake moonn. If u dont believe me u can zoom into ur computer monitor as see details being added on the iphone.
This iPhone ones are absolutely not fake. LOL if they were fake, they would be better
My wifes Xiomi 13 Pro takes much better picture of the moon, no external lens required. Iphone is so overrated.
Oh sorry mate. This was a photo for people with an iPhone and how to do it. Not sure how many people with the Xiomi 13 Pro would watch it
@@ShayneMostyn Just sayin. If they want to take pictures of the moon, there are better and cheaper ways to do it. I can't beleve Iphone is so second rate when it comes to optics.
Manual Camera app name?
