I wouldn't call equipetrol the richest neighborhood but it must be among the richest where you can just walk around, the richest ones are inside gated comunities just a bit to the west, in the Urubó.
If you continue through Santa Cruz go to the BIOCENTRO GUEMBE park, a perfect destination near the city, and a couple of hours away there is a lot to see in Samaipata
