the 160K is probably what the operation costs BUT the organization uses that to motive the patient to get donations into their war-chest. If someone is not watching the books, who knows how lavish a lifestyle the bigwigs lived.

IMO, it's probably not "embezzlement," where the money is paid against false bills by fictitious suppliers. I think it's probably more likely paying high salaries to people who did little to no work for the foundation and reimbursing dubious expenses to employees/officials of the foundation (like maybe bills for personal home renovations, etc).
Still, IMO, theft but might not fit the definition used to charge the crime of embezzlement in the State of Washington.

The same thing happened when we raised billions of dollars world wide after 9/11 the charities that received the money for all of the victims and their families latched onto it and started to calculate the death of the persons perceived worth and earnings if they lived to a set age. That’s when I refused to give to the RedCross ever again after that. We donated that money to be equally divided among the families who had lost their family that day. We did not donate that money for the use of by the Red Cross for any of their other charities ever but they took the windfall from that day and abused the peoples trust.
They did it again after the Bali bombing of the nightclub they took 2/3 of the money donated for the victims living and dead so that they could be flown home and have enough money left over to ensure that they never had to worry while recovering. The Red Cross used for the projects they were doing even though the money that had been donated had been done using the tags Bali bombing victims.
The Red Cross thrives after each world disaster hits when they have been requested to be the collection point for earmarked funding. They find a way to ensure they get to use it as they wanted.
To this day not all of the 9/11 victims family ever saw a penny of the money raised, especially those who lived outside of the United States.
No charities start out great then the greed sets in.
Look at all the money raise in the 80-90’s for starving African children where did all that money go to, it was raised to drill for water for each village, so that they had clean water to drink and grow crops, it never happened they kept saying it would cost so much to do and they could never rains enough money for every village, a guy in the US a few years back on RUclips dropped everything went to Africa hired a drilling grew and did what the charity companies said that was going to take millions to do and it only cost him a few thousand dollars and he drilled over 20 wells in a few months just prove how easy it was to do.
Nope I stopped donating years ago to large charity groups, for the Guy who went out there and actually filmed and drilled every well and stated how much each costed I gave to him once he had the money needed to pay the drilling grew they went on to the next village. These people I will help. Then showed how much and where they were drilling, he turned off the ability to donate once he had enough to do the job he set out to do.

You NEED to get names. It does no good to "expose" these places if you are not willing to give the public the names of the people benefitting from them. At least do some journalism and look into the people running these things to see where they were at financially before they took the job and where they are ay today.
Sadly "issues" of any kinds attract immoral people looking to exploit and profit from them these days. That includes taking over what have historically been good charities to milk them dry and move on.

Wow, what sense of entitlement! She asks for help, money is raised by this organization (now we see it's a sham), and she thinks all of the surplus money not used for her medical treatment is hers too? Only strengthens my belief that most "non-profits" are pure shams.

What a horrible thing to say. She needed financial help or she would die. The help was there it was all above board. The point of this video is not her being entitled, but the fact that this so-called charity absconded with money that had been designated specifically for her. She’s not alone There will be many others in exactly the same boat who cannot afford medical treatment because the USA prefers it citizens to die rather than have to pay for them to live.

We are going to be delivered from all the evil enslaving, stealing, and destroying mankind. God wins! Choose whom you will serve. Call on your LORD and Savior! Very soon all will know God is alive and real and all will bow! ❤️🙏🏼❤️

This is the exact comment that I was looking for. The whole purpose of this foundation is to help with transplants. It's paid for it we're 20 years or so down the line like why did she feel like she was entitled to that money....

    • @Zoleankico4267
      @Zoleankico4267 2 месяца назад +21

Did you watch/listen to the the whole video? The money was raised specifically for her, from other survivors, from a plane crash, that her father had “saved”, via the landing… the donator’s even called, and specified that she was the one that would receive THEIR money, and they assured them it would, for LIFE. If they had told them that the money received by her, would not exceed the medical costs, then that’s a different story. They lied, and stole her money. Lesson…. Give your money directly to the person in need, no middle man.

2:45 - They conveniently left out the entire rest of the clause in the contract, where it clearly states that the $ will be strictly limited to transplant costs and continuing care directly related to the transplant; And that all monies will be disbursed at OTF's discretion. Freeze the frame and read it. It's right there in black & white. There is no claim here. This woman was not wronged, and is being greedy. Disgusting.

And I'm not trying to sound heartless but she acts like she's been using that account actively all these years and then all the sudden the funds were gone. She never had her hands on the fund so it's not interrupting her way of living I'm so confused right now. She acts like that was the account that she paid all of her bills out of You can't lose what you never had. You may have saw that money in there but you never use it all these years and all of a sudden you"lost"it ..... I'm sorry I don't have sympathy for this type of story We have other stuff going on in this world then to create a story over a woman who never had her hands on money never use the money to pay bills and I'll crying over money that she never had sounds like a Kamala harris sentence I just did

So your donors didn'tr give to you but to an organization so they have a tax write off. And you don't have to pay income taxes right. And though it was send to a foundation you think it's yours. That's the mindset of every scammer. And for all of this you use the excuse of your "daddy" was seen as a hero and therefor pro life seemingly. Don't see the connection with your situation. Especially not since you seem to want to eat yourself a heartdisease. You try to allocate money from a dubious charity into your own bankaccount. Aint that something.
Change your nauseating healthcare system in your backwater country. And this story, the taxevader got scammed. That's what we call Karma
