What about making shorts from existing reaction videos that you have saved? Or on desktop? I need a way to show myself reacting on half or top/bottom of screen and the screenshot of the video Im reacting to from OBS, on the other side. There was a program for this and they shut down. It was so easy, now I cannot figure a way to do it from my desktop, on a pre-recorded reaction that will allow me to share both.

Well, you can download the video on your PC and Transfer it through USB Cable to your iPhone or better still consider getting an Android.
Or you can download the video itself on RUclips and then turn off your Internet Access and then use the screen recording option.
