"Everyone puts their pants on the same" as a disabled person wheels behind him who(most likely) doesn't put pants on the same as an able bodied rich dude
Some people weren't even allowed to wear pants until the 1900s (century)
"everyone puts their pants on the same" can confirm its super wrong, though i am not in a wheelchair i Do have extensive experience with a bulky-ass leg brace and that fucker adds, like, five extra steps to putting pants on since you have to remove and re-put-on the damn thing every time u want to put pants on or off all while making sure the pants dont catch in the damn thing. definitely not the kinda way a fully abled person puts pants on lmao
"wheels behind him" is an iconic line
literally and us Disabled folks usually have 2 to 3 times as many expenses than non disabled people so it’s just like…..
@@rhiannonsalt and not only more expenses but less access to society non disabled people do. I can’t drive which means I can’t leave my house on my own because I’m mentally disabled. Rich abled bodied men can just hire an Uber at will or something. People don’t want to change society to be more accessible at all, they thrive on inaccessibility.

every piece of advice one millionare makes always comes down to:
step 1 - have money
step 2 - profit
or “have rich friends”
to be fair that has proven to be by far the best method to get rich: already being rich
I really don't understand the profit part. I have no knowledge of stocks or business work. 😅😅😅
@@kaodi6993 nobofdy truly understands that bullshit i think perhaps
@@vampsprite69its gambling lol, they like to claim its not because you can make “expectations base on prior activity “ but its literally just legal gambling: stocks are the poker chips.
As someone who is incredibly hard-working and honestly constantly exhausting from pushing myself, and yet still not successful and still broke as hell, hearing people actually acknowledge and talk about the fact that hard work often still doesn't lead to success is just a very relieving change of pace tbh. It makes me feel a lot better.

I was thinking the same thing 😆 I absolutely love that. Jarvy is so nerdy hehe
I think Jarvis understood that they were laughing at the guys. He's just very analytical. He does the same thing when he plays Dhar Mann Bingo.

How to make $1M from $0.
Step 1: Don’t have $0.
People with $0 : 😫😱😰
Marry up or find a suitcase full of money from the mob.
people who are normal people rich (300k+/yr) will always have better advice than insanely rich ppl
It's almost like there's no way to become super rich without beinf born into it and exploiting people (see bezos, musk etc)
because more often than not, ridiculously wealthy people are incredibly out of touch with everything that's not inside their own bubble
it's sad

Can I just say, as a small business owner, if you are considering starting an LLC, *please* do not pay *anyone* to set it up for you: you will be wasting money! Setting up an LLC is literally as simple as creating an original company name (you can search which business names have already been filed for free through your state’s website), filling out paperwork, and paying to file the paperwork. There are so many free online resources for creating an LLC; I have a degree in education and was able to figure it out all by myself with a little help from Google!
That's actually really good to know. I've thought about it but keep hearing conflicting info on the subject.
@@AdventuRyn_ definitely do some research & see if it’s the best route for your goals, but it’s not hard at all & there are so many free resources online!! Once I realized my idiot ex was able to do it on his own, I knew I could too!

My theory is that this kid's family is rich and he goes to school in a super affluent neighborhood where everyone around is a millionaire at least. So he's just talking to his friend's brother/dad/whatever but for the video he's like "asking TECH MILLIONAIRE 5 questions!!!"
Dude siiiick! Shirtless millionaire outside of a Trader Joe's is one of the rarest encounters you can find! Really hope he rolls with some high i.v's and maybe even his secret ability: tax evasion🙏
So many rich people got rich because of right place, right time, right grift
Right parents
Got try to put yourself in positions that are likely to have opportunities
and a small loan of a million dollars and all their parents connections
It's really useful to ask rich people how to make money if you have zero dollars, to see what stuff they own and don't realize costs a lot of money. "just build an app" when you don't have a computer, or internet, or a home. Sure.
Even if I have a home, computer, and internet I don't even know how to change the default browser on the computer much less make an app. 😆
i wish jarvis coulda kept going on the point he was tryna make about zero being subjective bc it’s a really interesting take imo and i was thinking about it the whole video. bc these people genuinely think “starting from nothing” just means “starting a new project” they don’t think their parents being wealthy or the fact that they’re white, cishet, able bodied, etc counts towards their successes. “starting from nothing” means “ok with a vast network of resources at my disposal, how to do i start making new money”
I think of someone randomly asked me the fastest way to make a million dollars in a year and my life depended on it, I'd probably say selling drugs or something. What a weird question lol
no fr. id say the same
i know a multi millionaire who came from a working class background and hes even admitted that there is no way he could’ve made it nowadays. these people are just ridiculous saying that its possible to get there from nothing. jesus
Yep the system was quite literally designed to make robots of the lower wages: its set up to ONLY support the wealthy and monopolies. Of course data and history werent wrong humans arrogance is just more important to the powerful sadly

The advice: don't be poor in the first place
You're gonna make a lot more being a plumber than making an app lol. The app market is way oversaturated but we're low on trades like plumbers and electricians.
The only thing bad about doing a trade for a career is it is risking your body
@@Lena-xy8id not to mention that it's still costly. It's still a few grand for trade to school
Working in a trade is hard work but very rewarding. You have to keep your body fine tuned though, stay fit and eat really well, and keep your sleep on point. Your body will start to give out one day, it's a thing you have to keep in mind. You wanna push that day away as long as possible. No point working your whole life, and being a wreck by the end of it. Pace yourself. Going into a trade is a commitment, and an injury isn't a fun way to end a career early.
@@Lena-xy8id true, but you could say the same about office/computer people sitting around at work, being inactive isn't good for your body either. Every job has its pros and cons.

Well, that’s great timing.
As someone who was homeless only 5 years ago and now I have plans to buy a piece of land for over $1mil, The actual answer on how to get money is generational wealth. All it takes is a parent or partner's parent who isn't in debt and then you can get a home loan then you're earning passive income. Anyone with financially stable parents need to understand that they are much better off in in that area than other people.
I also imagine which country you're in and a citizen of is a giant part of it too.
exactly, the millionares in this video act as if everyone has disposable income as if poor people aren't constantly having to use money for basic necessities such as food, housing, water, etc. they assume that that we spend everything on luxuries and use their bias of "oh well just only eat the same meal for a weak straight" or something dumb cause they don't see poor people as people who deserve to be happy. getting out of poverty, especially if you're homeless, is SO difficult. and even if you put every ounce of effort into it, it's mostly about luck.

THAT GUY WAS IN YOUR NFT VIDEO
I love how that one guy’s success plan is to
1) have money laying around you don’t need
2) randomly throw it into an uncertain crypto
3) do this 45 times
4) hope one works out
We love a surprise Jarvis appearance
I was recommended a video called “why I stand with Russia” by a self proclaimed millionare. In case you needed more proof that we should eat the rich
One of the few millionaires I respect is Brian Firkus, better known as Trixie Mattel. He doesn't feel like detached from the average person like "the money is just gonna happen if you have the right mindset" shit. He was a drag queen who got some fame from drag race, worked a ton in shows and gigs and jobs and eventually actual products. Again don't respect a lot of rich people, mainly those who just like, have super pretentious advice, but love Brian/Trixie
lmfao the "spend money on travel" is something my 8th grade econ teacher taught us and it wasn't even like "how to be a millionaire" it was "how to utilize your wealth" bc if you spend a shit ton of money on a car the value depreciates, but like the value of your memories and experiences won't. These people are so bogus I can't even 🤦🤦
I feel like the fact that he can just pick up random people off the street who are millionaires means that $1 mil just isn’t a lot of money anymore 💀
There are OVER 20.2 million millionaires in the US as of April 2022.
There are OVER 700 billionaires.
One would think that at this point we would recognize that money has no intrinsic value besides what we give it.

I bet if you ask someone with exactly 10 dollars to their name how to make money, they'd give you great advice. Cause our society is built to squeeze those people dry until they have nothing and they managed to keep hold of a whole 10 dollars.
That's a greater achievement than anything a rich man has ever done.
Lol, I just saw a one of these kinds of videos on Shorts. Dude really said that to make $0 into 1mil, you have identify a need in the market and then capitalize on it...
Bruh. Capitalize using what money? Dude didn't even listen how he had $0.
Nick Jarvis and Ethan is the ultimate power duo
ethan is so high in this 💀
Ask them how to be born into money!! Duhh
This video reminds me of Gabi’s video about Charlie Puth’s music class, which pretty much just consisted of paying him to watch him work for a couple hours. He had literally no idea how to teach music, bc Charlie “born with perfect pitch” Puth doesn’t actually know how he does it, he just does.
And there’s nothing wrong with that, of course, but it makes me think that we shouldn’t use phrases like, “those who can’t do, teach” as an insult. These videos make it obvious that being able to teach and mentor is a skill in itself.
I really like the title screen thing, nice transition that i think was always unknowingly missing
Like bro if working really hard made u automatically wealthy the middle class would be makin hella bank💀
for some reason I thought the title said stop asking *millennials* for advice
To be fair, when asking the question at 7:10, the interviewer says “starting from nothing,” but at 8:54 and 14:42, he says “start from $0.” So I can kind of see why the first guy may have thought “nothing” meant the vague idea of “starting from the bottom” and not literally $0 (kind of like what Jarvis was describing at 16:18), but regardless, his answer is horrible and “stocks is free bands,” is one of the worst pieces of “advice” I’ve ever heard.
Aside from the inconsistent wording, like Ethan said at 7:00, it is nearly impossible to do anything, let alone make money, with literally $0. So again, I can understand why none of them gave good answers, though they as well as their advice, like Jarvis said, are out of touch with reality.
If I had to try to answer the question, I’d say find a problem and create a solution, then go out and sell it to as many people as possible, get your name out there, and get at least one person to invest in you. And like Ethan and Jarvis said, hope to get lucky.
But even then, if you want to create a product or service to sell to someone, you are almost certainly going to have to spend money to get others involved whether it’s creating some sort of prototype, producing, selling, and/or marketing the product, or even taking out a loan. Basically, it’s a stupid question to begin with lol
loved seeing the three of you in one video! made my day :))
Ok but I actually felt seen and understood lol
First with Nick saying that people tend to relate successful and intelligent people with how much money they [make]. For some reason a lot of people care even more if the person makes or earns the money aka a higher and apparently more independent position is a thousand times more valuable than being part of a company, no matter your individual skills.
The majority of people value more a degree and money, rather than the person themselves proving how much of that intellect they actually possess.
Lastly, thanks Ethan for making that crap so funny, and Jarvis MAY I HAND YOU A MICROPHONE SO THE SHIRTLESS OLD MEN CAN HEAR BETTER??

I think the only advice that will 100% work, is to save money and not spend it on things you don't need, but that doesn't even work for me. So idk, things are expensive and that sucks :(

"So first, you turn you back to space,"
Being a millionaire isn't even impressive. Pretty much every boomer is a millionaire. Shit, if you own a reasonable house you're already 6/10 of the way there.
Yeah, it's easy if you can get a decent job in your 20s and then put a good chunk of money into your retirement accounts each year and then invest that money. Then you'd have a million saved up by the time you retire. The hard part would be getting a good job and some decent luck in investments. Just one million is also not enough for retirement unfortunately.
I looked it up and adventuresome is actually a word😭😭👏👏
The thing is like none of these people even trade their own stocks probably. When you get to a certain point you can just hire someone to manage your portfolio for you. Till that point it's pretty much just luck. Most people can find reasonable investments to give them stable growth but no one can really predict what happened with like Google stock. Those big, profitable increases are luck. And yeah to make money you have to have it. a LOT of it. To make passive income from stocks that you can actually get a significant return on in the form of interest and dividends as opposed to just sales (which...if you're just buying and selling and not holding for the long term, you'll actually miss most of the gains you could see), like enough to live on, you have to have like hundreds of thousands of dollars tied up in stocks. Tbh this is like walking into a casino and ask people their advice for winning a slot machine jackpot.
