Don’t think of it as confrontation! Think of it as a natural rhythm of the working relationship. I have hired a lot of people, and I expect them all to quit sooner or later. It’s just how it goes. We as women are born to bond, and we assume those bonds are going to last forever - friendship, family, love etc. But at work, we should assume the opposite. We are here for a season, and then we move on. We gain our knowledge, and then we ascend. It’s not emotional. It’s analytical. Look at it from that point of you, and take any sort of emotion out of it.

Yes, it's fatigue...and I needed to hear someone else say it to know I'm not the only one. I'm jealous but happy for them but I'm tired and I've worked so hard for all I have. I need someone that wants to find me and pat my head as I wind down. Kourtney probably told him that she'd be happy loving the idea of going places with him because she just loves him and not traveling isn't going to stop that love. Regarding exposure therapy for fear of flying, there are companies and airlines that have courses to help. Amongst a whole heap of strategies, they involve getting on an airplane that isn’t going anywhere, just to familiarise with.. exposure.

I recovered but every since then I have had this feeling of doom, always over me. I don't go out late at night, I try not getting to close to people because I am too scared to go out at night. When I know something is going to be pass 9pm and go way into the night I can't do it, and it makes me feel so lame sometimes when my boyfriend asks me to go out to a concert and I say no cause it goes tell midnight. Despite all that thou my life is great. I like my job, I got back behind a car, I am pursuing dancing again, I have more money then I ever thought I would have at this age, I no longer drinking all the time. I am grateful, I just can't get pass going out at night.

Ted Bundy had more twinkle in his eyes than this guy. Also When a middle aged man who's been around the block a few times is behaving like a teenager with their first crush it's probably at least a sign theres some emotional immaturity there..I think the higher a psychopath or a narcissist puts you on that pedestal the harder you fall...Kourtney is being idealised but if Travis does have a personality disorder that will change....Right now Travis is focused on the reward but when he feels he has her or when he gets bored of trying or disillusioned she will be devalued and very likely discarded although they may go through a few cycles of idealisation and devaluation before the final discard..I think Kourtney is just as toxic in her own right and also relates to the idea of the other person rather than the actual person but she is more of a borderline narcissist. I've noticed from what I've seen of her in the odd clips of the show I've watched on youtube it seems she always feels like shes the victim (even when she's not really being victimised) and doesnt take responsibilty and accountability for her part in anything or her own thoughts and feelings and actions. I think she projects a lot of her uncomftable and threatening feelings onto her enviroment and onto other people and percieves these feelings as coming from an external source. This is one of the hallmarks of pathological narcissism because they are so disconnected from their feelings they often percieve them as coming from or being caused by something outside themselves rather than realising its coming from within. Feelings are facts to narcissists and they fit the facts to their feelings rather than fitting their feelings to the facts. Like I said I could be totally wrong because I'm basing my opinion on very little but if they do have these issues It will be a toxic relationship. It wont be love but possesion because pathological narcissists arent capable of truly loving another person. They just arent built that way. Narcissists only have feelings for themselves and in the idealsation phase they are in love with the with the reflection of themselves the new partner is showing them. This mirroring is the other persons primary role in a relationship with a narcissist. This is the sum of their experience with love because they don't see the other person as a separate person because they are unable to separate the self from external sources. When the reflection changes and no longer quite so positive their supposed "love" evaporates. Psychopaths of course have no feelings for themselves or anyone else it's the thrill of the chase and conquest and a shiny new toy. On another note though if they are looking for true happiness it won't come from the other person. Happiness is not something you find. Happiness is something you create by being open to it and breaking negative thinking patterns. True happiness comes from within, from self-love and self-worth. It's safe to say that in that area at least, narcissists are barren and empty which is why they can never be truly happy only superficially which never lasts . . Other people cannot heal you They cannot fix you. They cannot save you. They cannot complete you. You have to do these things for yourself.
