Hi Alexey, I just wanted to tell you that the first time I ever tried to dance was a year ago to this very video. I stayed up so late that night following along with your videos as much as I could and falling in love with dance for the first time. Since then I've fallen in love all over again with each dance I do. Ballroom has made my life so so much better. It allows me to feel safe and free from my anxiety, it is very much a happy escape for me. Recently I've stopped because I no longer have a regular partner and I have been so scared to go back. But watching this and feeling again my love for dance I think I have the courage. Thank you for always inspiring me :)

Leah, thank you for sharing this with.
I’m very glad that my videos inspiring you to dance, this is the main reason I make them.
I hope you will continue dancing even without a partner. Because partners comes and goes but dance is always staying. ✌🏻😊

Wow Alexey! I wasn’t quite ready for this when you posted it, but I just got there with my teacher, and now it’s perfect timing. To us non-trained-as -children folks, this is priceless. It’s super easy for dance teachers to forget how hard this ankle and toe strength is, so thank you for breaking it down. Way better to work on this at the beginning level than learning a ton of moves. I can do these exercises while I talk on the phone and text too. :) Extra practice throughout the day adds up - thank you!!!!

I try to do this exercise after a short break. But now my hips are troubled. When I go step further, I should sit in the hip, and my other hip should be turned back. I was a little confused by all, I haven't a feeling that I do like you, because I look like in the mirror, so I do not go sitting in the hip. A little confusing me, I do not feel I'm doing like you, because I look like a mirror so I do not have a seat in the hip. Or is it because of years? ha ha ha I think that I have to go back to the first exercises! Thank you!

Hey Alexey, you have explained everything very well and it really hepled me, but is it posable to make your next videos inverted so it is easier to follow, because sometimes you step right and I step right, but I actualy have to step left, so... yeah I mess up a little from time to time. :)
