Table Top Hard Candy and Sugar Cotton Candy Maker from VIVO. My machine wont turn on at all...would this be because of the fuse? It has been sitting for over a year but always worked wxcellent

The fuse is a standard safety device to cut all power to the machine if something goes wrong (such as a short circuit from something getting into the machine). It's rare for them to need replacement, but we do have spares available if ever needed.
What’s size of the fuse holder
The holder will fit fuses that are 30mm (or 1.25") long with a diameter of 1/4".
What could be the reason if machine is heating up but not spinning?

Please help , I have machine, I make cotton candy but it shrink very fast in 1 minute, sticky in a minute why it is happening
This is typically caused by high humidity. If the candy is being produced on a humid day, you'll want to immediately bag it and close the bag to prevent it from becoming sticky and deflating as it absorbs the moisture from the air.

@@kedardhide1564 The base of the cotton candy sugar does need to be pure white sugar for best results. It's also possible to make cotton candy with alternatives such as corn syrup based hard candies as well as sugar-free isomalt, but the consistency does often come out heavier, and the machine needs to be cleaned more frequently since alternatives to pure sugar can burn quicker.
what is the fuse used for?
It's a protective device. If something goes wrong electrically, the fuse will burn out to prevent damage to the machine and power outlet.
What could be the reason my machine won't heat up? Turns on, spins great, just all of a sudden won't heat.
There are a few things that could be causing this. If the heater switch isn't lighting up in the ON position, then the switch needs to be replaced.
If it is lighting up but there's no heat, then it's possible one of the carbon brushes isn't making good contact with a copper slip ring on the central shaft (inside the machine). This can be fixed by removing the end caps from the brush holders (black tubes), then moving the brushes back and forth to loosen them up.
It's also possible there's a loose or damaged wire going to the heater, which is built directly into the spinner. Most of these are replaceable.

We're sorry the machine isn't working! If you lift the front-left bowl latch and hold the switch underneath by hand, is the machine able to turn on?
