A very nice and much awaited educational material must for all laboratory medicine people for understanding and implementing quality practices especially when no particular textbook is not available in market and only paid guidelines from CLSI which are definitely not affordable to everybody. All praises for this work. Very well explained the PPT material. But this should be a beginning and this journey should go a long with including many more topics in more depth.
