I would like to raise a concern regarding Attributable fraction Vs Relative risk reduction, or the application of Attributable fraction when the risk factor is protective like in the use of vaccine. With the presence of a protective factor (intervention), the exposed group should be those that received the vaccine (experimental group), while for the unexposed group, they are those without the vaccine (control group). Therefore, the formula should be Incidence in unexposed - incidence in exposed/ incidence in unexposed. Thank you.
