@@JbowenDaMan I doubt that BO6 is the only one. On some levels most games ask for permission to access your box (or console) in order to scan for things like hacks or abnormalities for repair and things like that. As far as 'turning on your external hardware from the inside' is also a bit paranoid, especially if you think Microsoft would somehow benefit from Activision doing it when every serious PC runs on Windows to begin with. It's just this notion that people think they're going to get blackmailed or get infected with ransomware just because the programs they use require permissions to function is just silly and extremely paranoid. Add to this that most people put their lives online to begin with and that they themselves put their personal information out in the public space for anyone to use. If this honestly makes you uncomfortable, then I have no idea why you would use programs like Discord, Twitch, and RUclips since all three harvest your data and would have even more access to the drivers connecting your external hardware.

For the kernel stuff, Xbox uses the NT kernel (same as Windows), Playstation uses a fork of BSD... It's harder to say for Playstation, but for all intents and purposes here, consider Xboxes the same as PCs.
When it comes to the install and uninstall functions, you have to trust them to do what they say they're gunna do... There's really no reason they can't leave things behind... On my system, _sudo pacman -S package_ installs "package" and all it's dependencies, "sudo" in this case is admin privilages... _sudo pacman -R package_ only removes "package" ... _sudo pacman -Rnsc package_ removes "package" as well as its dependencies and configuration data... This is by design, and it's all transparent, and it's very routine... Activision is able to tell their uninstall function to leave things behind on a technical level... practice safe uninstallation.
Its ok that its not a bo6 gameplay in this video. XDefiant gameplay looks way better.
Nahhh sorry I don’t think so completely unrelated to what’s actually going on and I think just trying to hop on the clout.
First video I don’t agree with.
I mean everything has access to us even your phone this is nothing new tbh.
I’ve never seen J so negative - BO6 is lowkey really bad though. I feel you man .
@@Ram-Rod-Please sadly nothing good to say right now. Devs probably won’t be back until after new years, so no fresh updates. The game keeps breaking more and more each new day, and Activision/Microsoft keep getting scummier as the days go on. I’m hoping for a good turn around, but sadly we gotta be patient until new years
@ BO6 is bad man. The maps are all poor to mid at best. I have zero fun playing this game. Idk how anyone is still playing it hoping it gets better. It’s not going to.
Oh hell nah time to uninstall ,I don’t actually have a camera connected to my pc but just to be sure
REMASTER BLACKOPS 2 2025!!!
Remember people, existing of patents means grand total of nothing, this case is a nothingburger unless there is a hardcore proof that they actually implement it in the game.
The patent itself is a cause for concern. You can’t be this stupid. Oh yeah you most likely actually play this game so you might be.
I lnew better. Didnt purchase this COD ver. All the red flags were there when they announced the game.
hopefully whoever buys ubisoft has interest in keeping xdefiant going and maintaining the clean state of it
xdefiant raised the bar so high for fps gaming it's hard to enjoy call of duty
@@klementtiini1 im still grinding it daily, Ima miss it when it leaves 😭
raised what fucking bar 😂
This is a meaningless video; tomorrow you'll praise the game. NerosCinema does the same flip-flopping crap.
Oh forsure, if Treyarch comes out with a good patch tomorrow I’ll praise it.
Bros the nerdspace tweetmaster kor sumn😂😂😂😂 who gives a fck about tweets
I don't get it if you don't like the game dont play it
Why keep talking about it constantly? Just move on
He is a COD rage baiter he has to keep talking about it or he loses his audience
Any new info for xdefiant potential future like buyers?
@@goldenwolf_gamingYT still nothing but the confirmed death date so far
@JbowenDaMan damn. Mutahar made a video about ubisoft and how it grew because of assassin's creed. It may explain exactly why ubisoft sunset xdefiant based off of how that route of game production from their company was going.
Yall realize he posts the same exact videos every day? And yall continue to eat it up?
😂😂😂😂😂
and they get way more views than your comments
@@TobiramaSenju212 you keep posting the same comments your a lost cause
Bro I have been finding lobbies faster than ever before in Xdefiant ever since they released the final update 😂😂
I’m not saying it’s ok but wasn’t this info in their white paper from a while ago?
Activision is dead, Ill check put the new zombies map, of its all AI crap Im never playing a COD again. multiplayer is already dead 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Oh no, Activision might turn on the camera I do not own or have installed on my PC. Whatever shall I do?!? It's so hilarious people get this paranoid when the same people put their lives online anyway.
The mass paranoia because people are this level of stupid is just fun to watch.
@@TheOutsider-vc1hy I understand you don’t feel the same, but I don’t enjoy when companies have this much access to things I own. I’m pretty positive this is the only game that gains access to my microphone and camera without me turning them on, that I own personally.
Exactly what i was thinking i play solo on xbox i have everything blocked off and i dont use a head set .i also feel the games pretty decent i came from a destiny backround in shooters and at least cod has fresh content pretty regular totaly loving the 420 themed skins . It shoots 420 bulleta thats awesome. I feel like all these neg vids are coming from the pvpers being made that cod went the casual gamer route . Well tuber and streamer and non grass touchers less than 1 % is whatbyall make up in the gaming world less than 1 % of gamers are streamers tubers and non grass touchers the other 99 % are casual gamers . So yeah the hardcore pvpers are leaving so what ...by dont let the door hit ya in the ass on the way out . The truth is the min any of this softwear is installed they have all ur info anyway and they sell it america is a service and info country so that makes sense esp considering they own the game they can do whatever theyblike with the game u pay for a licence to play their game that is the only thing we own as a consumer the licence to play . We do not own the titles even remotly
U need to get past this ownership issue u have u dont own anything but a licence to play the game.
You have the right to complain about it. But u dont have the right to own someone else work. Stop confusing ownership with what is essentially a lease to play their game
Its an invasion of privacy that NO company should have. No game company should have access to ANYTHING outside of the GAME itself, hell no company should have access to ANYTHING that invades your privacy. So, think before you open your mouth, not everyone posts their lives on the internet troglodyte. Look into what "Kernel level access" to your PC means and youll never post something so stupid again.
Tell us how much Xdiefient paid you

We found a cod fanboy
So now CoD players found out what kernel anticheats are? lol
They've been always like this.
Unicorn bundle is AMAZING ❤
Yeah, spend that money. Satisfy their investors with their micro dlcs in a full priced game. They love those kinds of customers. Its no different than the fifa packs in those yearly releases. Full priced games shouldnt have the stuff cod has in it. They're just clamoring to satisfy stockholders and show more profits, to a game that hasnt been rated over 2.5 stars since the xbox 360 era. People have no sense with their money nowadays.
