I could be wrong, and I know the Tinkerer was an old man in the comics, but for some reason I think the woman here is Yuri from Spider-Man Ps4 after she went rogue. But we will have to see come November 12th

@Joey Harry This could simply be her introduction to becoming a villain in the Miles Morales game, because I don’t think she is going to even be the main villain in the Miles Morales game. I believe his main villain is going to be the Prowler, again this may be her introduction. Then she may transition over to the next game featuring Peter Parker, but again we will see come November 12th.

Just like they did with Jason Todd, he started out as Robin. Then also became the Arkham Knight, and Red Hood, so it’s not impossible for this to happen with Yuri. If the producers of the game decide to go this route, so again we will just have to wait until November 12th to really find out.
