E143 ERROR NO COMMUNICATION FROM PRIMARY DECODER.
I'm using 5s HD Model No:112 Zappa decoder as Secondary but I have NOTES that on the secondary decoderl that in the Quick Setup of INSTALLATION WIZARD instead of Option DECODER 2 that suppose to work correctly with USER BAND 3 INDEX(2040) n 4 INDEX(1006) DOES NOT PICKING. Even several attempts to change it has failed.
But last Option DECODER 3 is automatically given me the needed USER BAND 3 INDEX(2040) n 4INDEX(1006) and that one too the pictures don't display
NB: In spite of all Channel 100(dish) is working fine on that Secondary decoder and
Again NO Problem on Primary EXPLORER DECODER
Why all this Desperately Embarrassing?

Please help me , when I turn on my dstv it always comes that I upgrade , I upgraded yet still it comes for upgrade I upgrade but all channels come after, so I asked the guy who fixed it to come check it out and cancel that upgrade and he rest my dstv to factory and now it is not even working again , my signals are all gone and nothing works awww am sad I don't even know what to do. I get stuck at the universal type it won't scan because it says no signal, turner 1 and 2 signals don't show
