Nice tutorial. I tried the second method of resetting it but when the E48 error cleared, I didn't get all the channels on my secondary decoder anymore. It only shows a few channels. Pls why could that be?
Hello, I am from Ghana. My problem is that, after upgrading my package from FAMILY to COMPACT, my WORLD CUP channels stop working after 4pm GMT into the following morning everyday since the world cup started. The E48-32 appears but the funny thing is that, all other channels work fine except what I talked about above. What could be the issue??
Sorry for this...Check if the Signal cable connection behind decoder is done well.If the problem persist then most likely there is no Signal coming down from the Dish...Have the dish realignment done by a qualified installer
try the other steps...if none works your decoder may not be receiving signal from the dish and you may need to get a technician to check..wish you luck

Most likely your Dish need realignment

I hope your issue was sorted....in case you experience this loss of some channels get a technician to optmize your dish signal..

After clicking on the reset factory settings and the decoder have reboot . After gotten to where I need to scan ...It did not scan

Good. The error only happens at night and one two channels SS PL and SS la Liga. What to do?
Sorry for this...Your signal level must be fluctuating. Contact an accredited installer in your area to Optimize your dish signal.
